Just letting you know in South Korea their first names are said last. So for instance RM's name is Kim Namjoon but his first name is Namjoon. Their current ages are Jin- 30, Suga- 29, J-Hope is 29 on February 18th, RM-28, V- 27, Jimin, 27, and Jungkook- 25. When they debuted back in 2013 their ages ranged from 15-20. What's even more incredible about that performance of Young Forever at Wembley Stadium is that the audience was mainly composed of English speakers since it was in the UK and they were singing the song in Korean. Music truly does transcend language.

BTS supposed to be purely hip-hop group, but concept changed through the time and some original members left before their debut because of that exept RM and Suga. Singers was added after. In their earlier days BTS was very hip-hop based. They are still, but they love to explore different genres.
In Korea surname come first and then first name. So Kim, Min, Park and Jeong (Jeon? Jung?) are surnames.
Jin, oldest member is 30 now, Suga will be 30 in the 9th of March, J-Hope will be 29 in three days, RM is 28, Jimin and V are 27 and Jungkook - the youngest - is 25.

I kept waiting you to realise it but you didn't. You missed some of the information, but not much. I know it maybe shoildn't but it bothered me so much.

Jin is 30
Suga is 29
J-Hope is 28
Rm is 28
Jimin is 27
V is 27
Jungkook is 25
Sadly because of Jins age, he was required to go to the military in December, and soon the other members will enlist too :( they will come back in 2025.
But atleast during this time period, it will give you time to catch up with all the content they have put out, since there is a lot. Especially their Run bts episodes!!

Also, not sure if you noticed, but you had captions turned on in another language throughout the video that at times blocked the english captions that were already imbedded in the video. A lot of informational videos on BTS have english captions already built in or are in english, and for those that aren't the channel will usually notify you to turn on captions at the start of the video. Just letting you know in case you may miss something!

Yea sometimes that happens during editing and/or uploading, the captions might not show up in the uploaded version or vice versa
@L W it looked like a screen recording to me and he did miss the words that they were saying like rm's collabs or saying that jin isn't stern even though he's the oldest. he missed more but those were the ones I can remember
The more you learn about these guys, the deeper you fall. But I can say for certain, they’re one of the best things that ever happened to me. They’ve got a way of showing you parts of yourself you didn’t even know were there, and inspiring you in ways you never thought possible. BTS is more than just a group. Hey, I just wanted to say my heart goes out to you on the loss of Emmitt. He had a long and good life…13 is a good run. Still, nothing makes it any less painful to have to let them go, and to help them be released from pain. I hope you take some time for yourself to grieve. No one just gets over it quickly.

About the ARMY singing bts' song "forever young" at Wembley, it's even more amazing when you remember that's in England, & the majority of those fans don't speak Korean, & they sang BTS' Korean lyrics back to them. They were shocked and amazed ! I saw them in concert 1 Dec 2023 at SoFi stadium in LA. When they sang "spring day", it was incredible to hear 60k ARMYs singing the "whoa whoa oh, whoa oh oh, whoa oh oh oh ooohhh" with them, talk about goosebumps! It was the greatest concert I've ever seen! (& I'm 50, I've seen quite a few concerts) if you want to understand more about how they were formed, & learn a little about the kpop industry, consider watching the fan made series called "the rise of bangtan". RM didn't exactly create the group, the CEO of big hit held auditions for members. It was in battle rap format because the group was originally supposed to be just a hip-hop group not an idol group. When the project changed they included dance and singers. In kpop there's a training system. A company usually holds auditions and and they'll accept like 20 or 30 kids, train them in rap, dance, vocals, acting, language etc. (You'll notice j hope didn't know how to rap until he practiced with suga & rm, and Jin didn't know how to sing or dance until he had the training. ) They'll cut 1 or 2 kids at the evaluations, until they narrow it down to how ever many members management wants for the team. That's why the 3 rappers joined 1st. This showed the members in order they joined, so rm, sugar, j hope, Jin, Jungkook, v, and Jimin. But v wasn't revealed to fans until they debuted so it can be confusing. Hope that helped 💜

Correction their was around 10-11 (excluding the manager) all together because their were trainees that came and went throughout pre-debut pretty much until debut. Suga during Sugwitcha episode 4 talked about this a little and how many people were in the room that they shared.

The group currently has a discography of 300+ tracks with rm alone having 210 credits and many members are not too far apart in terms of number of credits. About 10+ genres (no cap) either raw personal lyrics, introspective articulation, sociopolitical commentary (they have been pretty brave in calling out issues societally), psychology (Heavily present and extremely well written and visualised. This is one of their biggest assets musically cause they unabashedly talk about mental health and wellbeing, youth, adulthood, trauma, etc. Making there music very healing)

They've all improved their English a ton! They promised to study more so they could take some of the pressure off Namjoon, and they have def done wonders. J-Hope is known to pick up languages very well and his English is so great these days! I've seen this video seriously over 20 times and I cry every single time. They are so so special. We all found them when we were in the TRENCHES. As they say, you find them when you need them.

I'm sorry for your loss, it's really painful losing pets for they've become part of our families too. Actually, the first thing that comes to my mind when you mentioned it was Jin's solo song 'Tonight'. He wrote that song thinking about the pets that he have lost as well and I used to listen to it before when 2 of my cats died. It's such a beautiful song that comforted me every time.

Thank your your reaction, really enjoyed it. A huge part of their success comes from their humbleness and belief in their Team, that it will not work unless they sacrifice for the Team. They're also each other's biggest motivation and competition, which has enable them to grow tremendously in their craft over the years. They're now finally taking the opportunity over this period where each of them have to serve in the military (the eldest Jin has already enlisted), to do solo works. They will come back in 2025 as a group.

lol, RM (rap monster) before BTS was widely known in the hiphop scene. Suga, the other rapper in BTS even revealed that he knew who RM was before they were BTS. People would be scared asf of RM because although he was a little kid at that time, his rap was unrivaled

First of all, I'm so sorry to hear about your dog. Our pets are family, and losing them is so painful. I wish you and your family peace and healing. Any human who can love an animal as you loved your dog is a wonderful human. Thank you so much for reacting to this video. It's a great introduction, and it really does give you a great idea of who these guys are. They're seven of the most amazing, caring, talented and genuine artists I've ever seen. There's so much content out there that you can watch and enjoy, from their MVs to the live performances to their silliness in their variety show. They're hysterically funny, and they're always so kind. Like you said, they share positive energy in a world in sore need of it.

My dog will be put to rest on Friday, he turned twelve 5 days ago. So I feel you on that decision is difficult. He's been a part of my life since I was a kid and I'll be spending our last day together tomorrow. At least I know he has had a good life and that he won't be in pain anymore.

My favorite is jimin! He is a main dancer and lead vocalist! + he learned several types of dance which r (hiphop, contemporary, ballet, isolation, traditional, etc) he was 1 student in his dance school! + he learned several types of martial arts ( taekwando and he is black belt, learned kendo for 10 years, Chinese martial arts, hapkido) + he is the king of kpop and dance king for 4 years straight) + professionals and experts study him and praise him alot + and he is called as idols idol since idols idolize him because of his vocals and dance and cover his songs alot that’s why also they name him as rookies bible!! U will be impressed by his solo songs!! He always do the hardest parts in bts choreography and even in his own songs his choreography always the hardest! But at the end he is humble, nobel, attractive, talented, hardworking, great example for people to follow, he is honest, and he is kind. ❤❤❤❤❤ i hope u check him out cause i am sure u will love him. 😊

the black lives matters was not the only good thing BTS did. they partnered with Unicef for their love myself series witch contain 3 albums and they sing about how you should love yourself before loving others.
besides from help and inspire people to love themself, they raised 3 million$ for Unicef to help kids and young people all over the world against violence.

Kim Nam-joon, his first name is Nam-joon, his last name is KIM. In South Korea, the family name is first and the first name is last. Hi stage name is RM, because he outgrew Rap Monster. He said the name kept him tied to a certain genre, and he said he just loves music and wants to make music, so that is why he changed it.
By the way, SUGA/Agust D is going on a world tour right now, because they are all doing solo projects right now. I'm going to be trying for tickets in Oakland or Inglewood, California. JIN (Kim Seokjin) - 30 (December 4, 2022, he turned 30, and he enlisted in the military Dec. 13, 2022)
Jungkook - (Jeon Jungkook) - 25 years old (Maknae - youngest)
V - (Kim Taehyung) - 27 years old
Jimin ( Park Jimin) - 27 years old
They are all doing solo work right now until they enlist in their mandatory military serviece. They should all be enlisted by the end of 2023, and they will come back together by 2025 (Their agency, HYBE, announced it in a formal statement). So far J-Hope, JIN, and RM have released their solo projects. JIMIN just announced his album release in March, and SUGA just announced his world tour starting end of April (I'm not missing that one), so I expect he will drop his album probably in the beginning of April. They have been doing collaborations too. A lot of musical content for BTS members has been released since 2022. They did an Anthology album with some new songs, and solo collaborations, and solo singles and albums. And they did concerts (BTS PTD Los Anglese, Seoul, & Las Vegas; BTS Yet To Come in BUSAN, South Korea) and individual members live performances (J-Hope headlined Lollapalooza, MAMA Awards, and New Years Rockin' Eve; RM did A Tiny Desk Concert, New York Dia Beacon, and Rolling Hall in Seoul, South Korea, JIN performed his solo single in Argentina with Coldplay, since it was a collaboration, and Jungkook did a performance for the World CUP, and wrote and released Dreamers, a FIFA World Cup song; and JIMIN did a live performance of his collaboration VIBE, with Taeyang). V has done a cover of a Christmas song, he did a radio show, a show called In The Soop Friendcation, with his friend group, and he's doing a cooking show right now. He shold be releasing his album also.

They have worked hard & continue to despite people forming opinions before they know anything about them. I am so glad my daughter introduced me to them 3 years ago. Many people watch Dynamite or Boy with Love videos (which are both bangers!) and presume this is all BTS is. But you can see once you dig a bit deeper they are so much more than that. This is why their fanbase is massive and worldwide, they have something for everyone.

Condolences for your whole family. First time I tried to watch this video I had just heard our 5,5 year old dog is going to be blind in a year.. And I had to stop watching your video as I saw what you were going through.. It was just too fresh also.
But i have to bego of you to the to balance of the voice levels. I had to put the volme up to the top to hear you because your mic settings were wack and when you hit the video it is alsolutely killin my ears in headphones and it drowns now your voice if you could remember of could hear yourself and make subtitles it might help, or fiddling with the voice levels now after the fact, as much as you could lower the guidevideo's voice and up your own voice.. because.. Really would love to hear You and Your thoughts. 💜

So sorry about your dog. I did the same thing twice and both times I cried bucket of tears. I still have their pictures up and still celebrate their birthdays. Take care.
