I pray that God will take away all worry and sadness and tears. I am realizing through watching and or listening to Rick Warren about giving all worry away to him. I'm learning to stay busy trying new things when I start to wonder. This Saten has to leave in the name of Jesus Christ Amen. Try little things such as writing a God based journal. While listen to God's word. It's a huge " Healing!" Time for me and continue to keep the notebook. If I have not prayed that day I at least try to write down my short prayers acknowledging him. He is there for you when you need him, allow him to help you and accept the change
