I got an Alweld 18x60 with a Fowler Blind on it. Currently running a ProDrive 36. Need more power to push our load. Guessing we add around 1,000lbs to the boat with 3 guys, gear, and dog. Will this motor push our rig (loaded) 18+ MPH?

What I really like to know. I tried on all of the Vanguard sites but no success - at what RPM does this motor make its peak HP - - - most important at what RPM does this motor make its peak TORQUE ???

i have a prodigy 1754 with 5000 efi 993 cc with two people no problem with four people it wont plane. im very disapointed because i bought the boat for the family

Hahaha sorry man I was just jacking with you. Any boat can go in any type of water. I have a similar setup and I run fresh or salt. With salt you expect rusting pretty fast
