I love how the creators made it so you can really tell how frank is feeling exactly without him even speaking. Frank seems to be mostly calm but he can switch to anger really fast. His eyes go demon mode for a while and then he writes down the kids name, and his eyes on his mask go back to normal, so i'm assuming he's calm again.
Frank is kinda inhuman because he did stop when the subway trains were passing and he when to the other side of the station with a fast jump
