The premise of your arguments make all of them Inaccurate. You based your opinion on Israel having a superior army - this is false. Israel has powerful allies. Iranian missiles hit the most fortified air base in the world. That means no place in Israel is safe. Israel retaliated with 3 drones all shot down with low level air Defense.

The emerging story is that the explosion like nuclear is a cruise missiles from Israel but the three non military drones was launched inside Iran to appear that the air defense was activated that caused the explosion. Iran is trying her best to cover-up what was really transpired. Iran doesn't want to escalate because they know a respond will trigger another respond. Iran know that if they will respond, their missiles or drones most likely intercepted again, and Israel has so many allies including some Arab countries to defend Israel. Iran doesn't have that allies to help them in case of Israel strikes. Iran asking permission from the US to strike Israel was just to save face.
