The Sturmtiger is a vehicle that does not need introductions. The massive rocket tank has become a fan favorite in War Thunder, so here's some more gameplay with it.

Nothing more painful than missing your rocket with this thing. All you can do afterwards is look at your enemies in the eye as they slowly turn their guns to shoot inside your barrel.

Do you know what else always gets me? The SK-105/JaPz.K A2 (Day 62). Maybe you can convince Odd to slaughter the enemy team (and die to CAS) with you.
Although rare, I always have fun fighting a sturmtiger, shooting the shell inside the cannon. Great video spook!

spookston being right up the enemies asses without being noticed, even while standing in the middle of the road wide open. me choosing carefully picked routes to flank or wait for the enemy: me dying because the enemy heard my engine before i even spawned, got instantly spottet and knew exactly where i was all time...
the humongous antennas on 99.9% of american tanks dont help either.

Hello Spookston! If you like American light tanks, I suggest the M41A1 (or the German leKpz M41 if you want HEAT). Good mobility with a decent gun makes for a nice flanker.
Hey Spookston do you think it's possible to get an across-the-map kill at the start of the game by shooting into the enemy spawn with the Sturmtiger? Like a classic MW2 throwing knife kill. (probably has to be a small map) do you think you could do it?
It is possible, many have tried and achieved it. Even i fell victim twice to this.

Hey Spook, you should play the Semovente 75/46 M43. It's a deeply overshadowed italian tank destroyer which can deliver an heavy punch but it's deeply ignored the potential it has. I am not gonna surrender in proposing this.

Speaking of artillery, i'd love to see you try a 15 cm Panzerwerfer
The fact that this thing has a fast rangefinder makes it even more stupid than it already is with its reload rate, not usually requiring proper aim and direct hits, stupidly large caliber, and the fact that its a massive single shot rocket launcher/mortar.
And we can actually hear you frantically rolling your mouse wheel down to zero your sights back to default. Might wanna set a keybind for it, Spooks :3
I don't even care much about WT, but your vids are always entertaining. Especially with a tank that causes anything close to it's shells to cease to exist in this reality.

My theory of Sturmtiger stealth is that since it’s front is taller than its back and the barrel is so short that through psychology of proactive interference means your opponent thinks your a truck.
It’s actually seems like a pretty good tank when working with 2-3 others, making up for the long reload time by assisting each other.

Gaijin needs to make it to where if a strum tiger is carrying a full ammo load and it gets ammo racked it creates an explosion about the same as like the B29s 4000lb bomb going off. Should also kill both friendlies and enemies.
the thing is a monster as long as you dont get swarmed from multiple directions or come across heat/sabot i was disappointed when i couldnt earn it during the event despite playing way too much daily
despite all its flaws the explosions in War Thunder are so satisfying

day 17 : you should try the jagdtiger sometime. it's extremly slow, doesn't have a turret, gets uptiers all the time, and most importantly, you'll have to play with german teams. the very definition of suffering
