Correct way of checking mileage is once fill full tank and drive for 100-200km in proper way and then calculate.

You can get a full tank, after that drive it for 100kms and then do a full tank again. This way you will know how much actual fuel was consumed. Mileage mil jayega fir.

Rather than pouring 1 litre fuel you could measure mileage by tank to tank method . When you try to drive the car without fuel the fuel injector gets damaged
