The reason for asking this is - in hyundai extended warranty terms and conditions the below things are not covered. 1. Normal maintenance services including without limitation, cleaning & polishing, injector cleaning, engine decarburizing, engine tuning, oil/fluid changes, filters replenishment, fastener retightening, adjustments of doors, brake and clutch, wheel balancing, wheel alignment, Tire rotation, head lamp alignment. 2. Replacement of parts as a result of normal wear and tear, such as spark plugs, belts, brake pads and brake shoes, brake discs, clutch disc/pressure plate, filters, wiper blades, bulbs, fuses, brushes, hoses, Tire / tube, battery, audio system, audio video navigation (AVN), catalytic converter, silencer / exhaust pipe. 3. Rubber parts like Wheel Cylinder kit, all doors weather-strips/beadings & A/C "O" rings, Clutch cable, Accelerator cable, Speedometer cable & Tail Door Opener cable. 4. Leakage of A/C refrigerant. 5. My experience has been good with Spinny. I did a lot of research before deciding the car. My observation is that if you want to go for Spinny, go for cars costing more than 6 lakhs with less than 45k km done. I will never go for a car that has already done 90 thousand km.
Engine me air agar air-Filter ke bypaas ja rahi h to gadi bandhi hui chalegi, coz MAF sensor airflow ki proper reading ECM ko nahi de payega ek baar air-filter proper kar k chalao acchi chalne lagegi. Engine jub hot hua to jo oil spray kiya hua h shine k liye vo garam ho k Smell oil kar raha h

This car has all signs of bad clutch. , cylinder oil water mix and oil burn.. look at the heat /sound Insulation on bonnet it is almost burnt. Cylinders don't have correct compression aswell as rpms are not stable. It is temporarily fixed by dealer and will go bad in max 3 months..
I guess the owner lacks knowledge about the cars and he won't return the car aswell.. do ask him and let us know if he has returned the car and if he faced any problems on returning the vehicle as company claims of their no questions asked return policy. Thanks
@@DDSunfiltered I was concerned about that as my brother in law who lives in Gurgaon lacks knowledge about the cars has also bought a Creta 2017 auto petrol from spinny for 9+ lacs and 40k kms run as shown in the metre has a dent on roof and a couple of panels painted which are clearly visible and that's y I don't think they are giving any good deal to those people who don't have much time or knowledge of buying a vehicle from their company.

I recently tried selling my car to spinny, it was a honda city 2013 cng and it had a lot of problems with it's engine coils, it was accidental (before i bought it 2nd hand) but they were ready to buy the car although they gave me a lower value than maruti. Also when I was looking for a second hand car, apart from a brand new 3-4 months old ignis, neither of the cars were in great condition, be it polo or baleno or ciaz or even honda city and all of then were extremely overpriced atleast a lakh to 1.5L. I think mostly first time buyers buys their car from spinny and other such platforms because of lack of knowledge. Take a trusted mechanic of your friend or relative with you, pay him 500-1000 when you go for test drives. Second hand car market is going beyond where it should because of these platforms and some dealers who are selling these cars at a premium. Try to buy a car from an owner directly or buy a lower segment brand new car.

For buying a second hand car only two safe options are: 1. Buy from a known owner who maintains his car well 2. Buy from authorized dealer with a service record from start to sale Even in the above conditions check properly and also get it checked from a mechanic... Any other conditions of second hand car is very risky

My experience has been good with Spinny. I did a lot of research before deciding the car. My observation is that if you want to go for Spinny, go for cars costing more than 6 lakhs with less than 45k km done. I will never go for a car that has already done 90 thousand km.
Engine me air agar air-Filter ke bypaas ja rahi h to gadi bandhi hui chalegi, coz MAF sensor airflow ki proper reading ECM ko nahi de payega ek baar air-filter proper kar k chalao acchi chalne lagegi. Engine jub hot hua to jo oil spray kiya hua h shine k liye vo garam ho k Smell oil kar raha h
Mahindra and tata should definitely improve their Customer Service... Other Car Brands like Hyundai, Honda, Mg and Kia..Staffs treat their Customers very well... 👍🏻

This car has all signs of bad clutch. , cylinder oil water mix and oil burn.. look at the heat /sound Insulation on bonnet it is almost burnt. Cylinders don't have correct compression aswell as rpms are not stable.
It is temporarily fixed by dealer and will go bad in max 3 months..

@@DDSunfiltered I was concerned about that as my brother in law who lives in Gurgaon lacks knowledge about the cars has also bought a Creta 2017 auto petrol from spinny for 9+ lacs and 40k kms run as shown in the metre has a dent on roof and a couple of panels painted which are clearly visible and that's y I don't think they are giving any good deal to those people who don't have much time or knowledge of buying a vehicle from their company.

I recently tried selling my car to spinny, it was a honda city 2013 cng and it had a lot of problems with it's engine coils, it was accidental (before i bought it 2nd hand) but they were ready to buy the car although they gave me a lower value than maruti.
Also when I was looking for a second hand car, apart from a brand new 3-4 months old ignis, neither of the cars were in great condition, be it polo or baleno or ciaz or even honda city and all of then were extremely overpriced atleast a lakh to 1.5L. I think mostly first time buyers buys their car from spinny and other such platforms because of lack of knowledge. Take a trusted mechanic of your friend or relative with you, pay him 500-1000 when you go for test drives. Second hand car market is going beyond where it should because of these platforms and some dealers who are selling these cars at a premium. Try to buy a car from an owner directly or buy a lower segment brand new car.

Sir I am facing gear shifting issue in my Nexon Kaziranga Edition Petrol manual. Specially in 5,6 and Reverse gear. Consulted with nearest authorised service centre many times, but didnt give any satisfactory explanation regarding the issue. Please suggest what to do?

For buying a second hand car only two safe options are:
1. Buy from a known owner who maintains his car well
2. Buy from authorized dealer with a service record from start to sale
Even in the above conditions check properly and also get it checked from a mechanic...
Any other conditions of second hand car is very risky
