I'm getting confused with these terminologies 😅. I feel like venders they don't mention their solutions in which sase or sse falls under clearly. For example Palo alto a leader in Gartner with prisma access but it's not clear whether it's sase or sse. Much appreciated your great efforts to explain.
Thank you for your comment and compliment. SSE is a component of SASE. If you are not looking at the network side, just the security side of SASE, it's SSE. The SSE category seems to have been created for those security solutions that never wanted to get into the network or appliance industry.
