    Yeah. I've gotten myself into a pickle. Feeling the pain for change. Thanks for the content. Just hired 2 employees this year and it's not the same as cash helpers. Lots more in the equation. Lots to learn.

    Guys, great content. Love the conversation. I'm a asphalt maintenance contractor and these last 2 years really trying to refigure my costs have shifted so quickly...thanks for the motivation to sit down and crunch all these numbers and stay profitable.
