Good Luck on your journey I replaced old sewer piping leading up to the main line as I bought a fixer upper house in Canada, you need to pay for a backhoe, diggers that are experienced in running pipe and a plumber (my total bill was $6000
You're obviously very excited about this one Friedi, so I'm excited for you as well. Got a few obstacles to overcome with the banking and such, but I'm sure you'll manage that. Determination.............. :) Can't wait to see the next video, and how the progress is coming along. Best of luck from Arizona.
What a big learning curve. I’ve seen what some UA-camrs from the UK have gone through when doing what you’re doing while trying to purchase a place in Portugal. It’s not for the faint of heart! Good luck with all the hoops you’ll have to jump through!
I do like the channel, I'm also going to buy sth in Sweden, here in Poland although we've got some really beautiful lakes and the seaside the prices also got very expensive. (A lot of foreign buyers from Scandinavia, Germany) I think Sweden is just not as overpopulated like Germany or Poland. Questions: 1. Are you that tall or the cabins are just like that? 2. What about mosquitos? In Poland the seaside regions are ok, but 50 km inland gets much worse, how is it in Sweden? 3. Some people live in the Summer houses all year round, but I've read that the law might not be on their side. Any idea? Regards from Pomerania!
1. I am THAT tall 2. Mosquitos are drawn in by moisture for breeding grounds 3. You are not supposed to do that. But getting your house reevaluated and registered is simple and not very expensive as far as I know. -> Important: All year around houeses have different requirements regarding water and sewage Good to have you. Best luck to you mate. May the better man win :D
@@friedi.off-grid Txs for answer. Quite interesting, I must say regarding reevaluation and registering the house. I can see people doing that. Like in the old English proverb "Where there's a Will there's a Way" I hope you will find yours😃
Buying a stock is easy, but buying the right stock without a time-tested strategy is incredibly hard. Hence what are the best stocks to buy now or put on a watchlist? I’ve been trying to grow my portfolio of $260K for sometime now, my major challenge is not knowing the best entry and exit strategies... I would greatly appreciate any suggestions.
The market is volatile at this time, hence i will suggest you get yourself a financial-advisor that can provide you with entry and exit points on the shares/ETF you focus on.
This recommendation literally came at the right time, I’m down by $7k in stocks this week alone.. its crazy! I just looked up Jenny online and researched her accreditation. She seem very proficient, I wrote her detailing my Fin-market goals and scheduled a call.
Good luck. Getting a swedish personnummer is not that easy, you need to have either a job here or enough money to live here for at least a year which needs to be proofed. If the proof weren't with the documents you've applied for the number, you will get a letter to show the rest. 😅 We are managing all that stuff at the moment and it can be horrible. However, the PN took ~3-4 Weeks, opening the Bankaccount was also 2-3weeks. But for the Bank ID which is often needed to bid on a property, you also need the swedish ID card which takes another 3 weeks and then you need a bank which accepts the id card from Skatteverket... that's absolutely crazy. We were so lucky, that our broker accepted the money from our German accounts but it's getting harder and harder.
Fingers crossed that all goes well with the bidding and the bankaccount! Good luck, Friedi!
