Great question! Eustoma exaltatum's seed capsule is at the tip of the flowering stem. The capsule looks like a tiny cucumber about 1/2-3/4" long. There are many (maybe 100-200) tiny black seeds within the capsule. Clip the entire capsule when it is brown and dry about an inch down on the stem. If you are afraid you will miss them, place a gauze gift bag over the top of one or two and secure the strings. Capsules can be carefully opened up into a paper envelope for storage. If memory serves me correctly, the capsule and seeds are somewhat tacky. Sow seeds when temp is above 70 degree or start in a greenhouse for summer bloom. Needs light to germinate.
