I've stayed at all three in the past, but at Page 10 it was during Covid restrictions and the Page 10 breakfast was a mediocre 'set' menu. The Stay staff gave you incomplete information--they have a "suite" room that is 68 sq mtr and around 2549 baht on Agoda. For light sleepers, The Stay is surrounded by closed hotels, so it is very quiet at night. Acqua is kitty-corner from Tree Town so it's not all that quiet at night, but it does have a walking cut-through to Tree Town at the end of the cul de sac if Tree Town is on your ToDo list.
Was in Acqua, a month ago. The room was very small. The Position of the Hotel and the Pool was great and the cleaning woman in the video, was one of the friendliest in my 21 Days Thailand. Please pay this woman good! :-)
Some of the best luxury condos in Jomtiem are priced less than this on a monthly basis. If I go to Pattaya for a week or less, I get the cheapest room possible because I only plan to sleep and boom boom there. However, if I am staying for a month or longer, I want a nice place because I will stay in some of the time.
These are fantastic for the money! And thanks, Daz! You put a lot of effort into these vids. I really like the overlays where you visually see prices, features, etc in writing. That’s very helpful since I don’t hear very well and have difficulty understanding speach. So your extra efforts are extra helpful!
Great job you really help people to choose stay at Pattaya. In one of your video before you shown 4$ hotel It's great help really worth it cheap friendly and convenient location " Thai Smile Serviced Apartments" at 3rd road I got a monthly deal for just 4000 Thai Bhat a month utility deposit just 2500 for a month very good with pool and big rooms recommend it truly. 👍
best accommodation channel in Pattaya. Thanks Daz. For 2300 baht LK the Empress on the beach end of the same road ( soi10) is much better hotel than both page 10 and the stay hotel imo.
These hotels look great but they're a bit more than I'm comfortable paying. I'd like to see a video comparing and contrasting some hotels which I think are genuinely mid range $30-35 per night. Perhaps lower mid range :) I enjoy staying at the April Suites. There's a May hotel, August hotel, March hotel, etc. in the same area apparently owned by the same people. Maybe halfway between Soi 6 and Tree Town. You sacrifice convenience a little, but everything is still within walking distance and the facilities are very good.
Good video. The Stay and Page 10 are sister hotels, same owners. I have stayed in both and think they do a good job. Prior to covid, the page 10 breakfast was excellent. Now, not so much. The other sister hotel in Pattaya is the Payaa hotel, down beach road almost to the dolphin roundabout. I have not tried the Payaa yet, maybe on my next visit.
I remember paying 38€ (excluding my discount code and my AgodaCash) for the Grand Deluxe room in Page 10 back around mid May 2022, so it's definitely a bit more expensive now. But it's a very good hotel. Perfect location in between everything, not too noisy inside your room, and the bed was comfy too ;-)
I liked the 3 receptionists at acqua. The one at the computer at Page 10 was fantastic "one thousand nine hundred fifty baht KAAA". And the girls at stay were cute
Thanks for the video. Nice places for sure. I was more impressed with the value in a previous video that had rooms for about half as much. I have already booked one place in the Jomtien area for part of my stay and will be booking one that is more centrally located that was shown in a previous video, probably for the following week. Bounce around a little.
Stayed at Acqua last November. Great hotel, very nice staff. Close to everything. Breakfast was ecxellent. Room was a little small but very clean. Would stay there again.
If I had to choose it would have to be the third viewing. However seeing a couple of your condo posts in Pratumnak & Jomtien, I think I would opt for a 1-4 month condo stay, as the pool/fitness facilities appear to be much better for the same price. I would then hire a moped for getting around and use Bolt for nights out. Thanks for posting.
Stayed at Page 10 around 5-6 times. Even w/ the Bar across the street it's quite w/ double pane glass. I'm staying at The Stay for the first time later this month because it was cheaper than Page 10 when I booked. Never stayed at the Aqua, but the rooms look small.
Exelent video as usual Daz I will be coming to Pattaya next February 2024 il be staying near beach Road but my hotel doesent have a pool I just wondered if there are any swimming pools that i could use in other hotels near Beach Road maybe this would make a good vlog ?
Stayed at Page 10 and Stay last year. Soi 10 is an excellent location, quiet but easily walkable. Couldn't fault Page 10 as a mid-priced hotel. Would stay again except the prices are creeping up. Had a suite at Stay as the only available room type. Unnecessarily large and I remember I couldn't control the lights from the bed. Think they were both guest friendly but I couldn't possibly comment.
The one thing that I don't waste money on is accommodation. I don't sleep well and I don't like really soft beds. So, the Cheapest, Cleanest and Safest is where I am at. The $6 / night you did a while ago would be great for me. Each to his own! 🤔
Clip idea. Where can I keep my suitcases and gear as I travel around Thailand for several months? Keeping my gear somewhere as a "home base" but it doesn't have to be a place I sleep at. Just have access to swap out gear. Thx
Mid priced but still more then what low season usually costs last year I stayed at acqua for 22 nights for $872 and if U book it for 21 nights now it's $1191. It's a nice hotel but the rooms are very small for what your paying
Acqua: my word, a bath! Okay room but small for 2,000 baht, I reckon. I wouldn't stay anywhere that played pop music loud in public areas. Page 10: another bath! The hotel's a step up. Quite classy. Stay: decent-sized room. Grim view from the balcony. Good pool. 1990 [Nick J]
I've stayed at Page 10 and it was okay; I don't remember why but I never thought I'd go back. This was last year. The breakfast was okay but there were only a few choices compared to a place like Areca Lodge. For about the same amount of money, Areca--in my opinion--is far better. It's so close to LK Metro, to Central Avenue, to Second Road and the bhat bus, etc.
I stayed at Page 10 four years ago and checked out after they wanted to charge me a joiner fee to bring a lady back to my room Not sure if they still do this.Nice hotel all the same 👍🏻

Thx! So older hotels tend to have more square footage in a room. Do you know of an older hotel with bigger rooms that have been remodeled and are mid range priced?
Page10 was nice but i didnt get the room i was expecting on Agoda based on the photos, and I caused a power outtage when I plugged in my western laptop lol.
Nice pads.. Are the days of big discount for monthly rentals gone ? I recall (forget year) for example Rcon was 700 a day which equates to 21k month, but i got monthly deal for 16k..
Aqua seems like a hassle to get around! Certainly like to relax at a pool without loud music! Page 10 is nice; at least the larger room as shown. The pool area is nice with the bar, but pool is small. Stay looks older and rooms feel small. The pool area is nice. The problem for me is all three are on the wrong side of Second Road! Not much action in the area of those hotels. Stay at LK Metropole next month; very nice there and close to the action.
I've stayed at the Aqua & I didn't like it. Noise from Treetown & each morning the garbage trucks right outside the building (the building was the back building) was very loud early each morning. The building itself was nice & the staff was very nice.
In your opinion, how far do you need to be to be close enough to walk to the bars and walking street and at the same time be able to go sleep with minimal to no noise from music that may be playing from the same places?

All 3 hotels with very well trained staff and a fair price for what is offered, considering the very good, central location. If you are mobile (rent a moped and explore all of Pattaya) I recommend the very good and real 5 star hotel "Brighton Grand" including great breakfast, huge, modern rooms, perfect staff etc. for the same price, round 1900 baht, sometimes only 1700 baht
A great video would be if you did the same on a busy night with the three best spots you liked and bar fined a girl just to come and make the video and be on camera get her reaction to the room
