So true about physical touch with friends and family. I wish people were more open to a simple shoulder rub when they're needing it. I remember in the staff room there was a co worker who would come in and ask if anyone wanted a quick neck/shoulder pressure, and they'd do it all lunch hour for teachers. It never seemed weird, it was super comforting and changed so many attitudes for the afternoon hustle. Thanks Lu!!
