You got a really good point about "feeling inferior" vs "inferior complex". I think so many students feel the same inferior complex and they don't even know what it is. As long as we do our best, we should be proud of our effort and do not other people decide how good or bad we are.

I sent you a dm from my normal account but you didn’t see it, it is fine. So I am writing from here, that’s why it may feel like it is a letter. My 4th year of medical school is almost dond. I have one rotation left and I can say this was the thoughest year for me. I almost lived everything, everything that made me upset, terrified, stressed, sometimes happy. It feels so weird. I feel like I got 40 years older. I got 5 white hair. I cried everyday 2 weeks until my internal medicine exam. I found out I have guatr during a physical examination class as I wanted to be a volunteer as a patient. I failed one of the easiest rotation this year but as well as I passed the hardest one in my first trial. I was thinking about getting residiency in USA but after I failed the easiest exam, I got more stressed and I thought I couldn’t achieve it. This year, for sure, made me grow more. My friends know about my situation and they sometimes didn’t support me. It is fine though. I am afraid because I will be doctor 2 years later and I don’t feel like I am not ready yet for being perfect to the patients. I relate everything you have written on your vlogs. It would be nice if I have penpal friend like you that I can share my concers which are in common as yours. Your videos is like a song that I listen before going to bed and is telling me everything is allright. Thank you for what you are doing. Hope you have a great day. 🍀

As a psychologist, the inferior complex is easy to understand in therapy with patients once you work on past events, basically a trauma response that can be possibly linked to their seemingly “senseless” problems and psychosomatic symptoms! It is difficult to work on it with patients, ngl. Studying medicine is very demanding yet I see you working and studying very diligently! Just remember to take care of both your physical and mental health too. You’re doing amazing ❤
