"Inspecting a Used Camper: How to Spot Damages, Water Damage, and Mold"

I was asked by a friend to look at a camper and do an inspection. I was searching for any damages. I was especially looking for water damage. I didn't find any but there were some areas that were suspicious. I passed this information along to the potential buyer and we'll see what they decide to do. Apparently it had came out after my inspection that one of the slides have been completely rebuilt. They decided to pass on this camper.
