They don’t really have to change much imo. A simple and nice solution would just be have each chronicled wish last 2 patches, so the fate point can carry over into the next patch, as it only clarifies the fate point expires at the next banner, not patch.
I'm really excited for there to be a garneted way to get the wolves gravestone and other weapons from the standard.
I have c4 Diluc so If i could get the wolves gravestone and even go for more Diluc cons that would be amazing, though it is a bummer
that we have to use intertwined fates on it
It woulda been awesome if they threw Dodoco tales and Sinabar spindle into the loot pool too that would be awesome

Such a bummer that it's not acquaint fates, I had hoped it was going to use acquaint fates. My main account has 135 acquaint fates and my f2p has 77 acquaint fates 😅

i don't think most people keep their acquaint fates... i don't have a single one lol and realistically they're harder to get than primos
@lauruus my main account has most of the 4* characters c6 and my f2p account, I was waiting for the official announcement of the 3rd banner to see what it was going to need to summon on it. Now that we all know what it takes to summon on it, I'll probably stay clear of it on both accounts until I get tignhari on my f2p account, and then I'll go for hunters path. He is really fun to play on my main with hunters path, so we'll just have to wait and see how my luck goes in 4.6 for arlecchino
This sucks, i have been waiting for forever for Shenhe and Kokomi if they end up droping on this banner im gona have to save more than 500 pulls for just that banner if i want to relistically get her C2, the DIFERENCE being that i can build up my PT before hand and secure a C0 character before the character banner drops this sucks, it really does.

I think Albedo deserves much more praise than a lot of people give him credit for. He may not do as much damage or support capabilities but he’s a very comfortable plugin character and he allows players to obtain crystalize shields easily which is great for interruption resistance. If Genshin were to make a more dedicated weapon that enhanced his Skill + EM buff, I think he’d be suitable in more teams

This is a choice that players did not have before, even you dislike the banner (i honestly thing it slaps hard) then you can decide to ignore it

Totally agree. Music at the end is "Secret Summer Paradise." It is the trailer music for version 3.8.
If Hoyo will put Dehya into such a banner, before Natlan, I'll forgive them half of their transgressions.
i've noticed people are getting their hopes up a bit too high about the future banners. to me this just seems like a way to rerun less valuable characters without taking up space from the actual moneymakers. characters like hu tao or yelan definitely won't be on the liyue banner, and there might not be sumeru or inazuma exlusive banners at all (maybe a joint banner?). people have to remember that there being a chance to get two highly valuable limited 5*s on the same banner only by losing a 50/50 and then getting the one you charted the course to would be a huge loss to hoyo. this banner will only be used for characters that won't be overly cheapened by it.

Could be true, but the requirements to be on the banner are 3 or more runs on banners. Characters like Hu Tao do fit the bill. With the release of Arlecchino in 4.6 and her possibly being a better Hu Tao, we could be seeing some good characters on these banners. I do think with Liyue specifically though that characters like Keqing and Qiqi will be put on this next chronicled banner for the Liyue region. Guess we'll just have to wait and see
@genshininteract hi! a liyue banner was just an easy example for me to use, it could have been any meta characters but! i hadn't thought about arlecchino possibly replacing her like that, very true! so yeah you got me there, it could be a possibility one day! (crazy to think about hu tao falling off huh...!)
still, hu tao as an example specifically got me really thinking. she is a huge fan favorite, and someone people want a c1 for (so even with arlecchino she still has quite a bit of monetary value). they are just selling a product at the end of the day, and this banner could lower the products value. with any character put on this hoyo is essentially saying they are not worried about losing money because the characters would not make them that much money to begin with. again, you could potentially get two limited 5*s at the price of one. that's insane. also, wouldn't homa be on the banner too then? which just seems...generous. i mean this banner has the potential to be a lot cheaper to get weapons on, not to mention the insanely generous character 50/50 system, so would they really let us get a good deal like that? idk, i might be too pessimistic about hoyo's intentions, i would genuinely love to be wrong. we'll just have to see indeed!
You're so right about the whole meta character thing though. I totally didn't think of that. Glad there's smarter ppl in the community than me lol
