@@gibs75 Oops, thanks for the correction.
if you put this into the description of the video, we get nice chapter marks to jump to...

I love this demo!
Bravo DOK ! I miss my Atari !!
Fantastic!
Super impressed!
The music, let alone anything else, is amazing!!!
Wow, just wow! Love every bit of it, both music and visualisation are simply fantastic! Kudos!
Awesome !
Love this so much. Huge amount of work and detail which shines all over! Congrats guys!!
Nice tunes and visualisations, always a treat to hear the STE in full flight :)
Cool!
Congrats guys, you did it!
I am speechless this is freaking cool ):
👍👍👍👍
Such nice design. Thankks for it!! Love it!
Are we reaklly talking about 7 channels at once here? I know other did it before but not with such great synced effects! Thank you for such a treat!
Love this!
Bravo!
Superbe !
Really great and creative visuals!
While this prod is really great, visuals are not really creative as they are reimplementation of some PC visualization plugins for popular sound players like Winamp. But they rock anyway.
I have not seen winamp since decades. Even if it looks similar, the effects are mainly designed by what the STe can afford. The real designer is the STe itself ;)
@@gibs75 I haven't seen winamp for a long time too, but I remember those visualization very well, I spent a lot of time looking at them :) While implementing them on STE is an achievment for sure, they should'n be considered original effects.
Superbe ;)
Fajne, ale nie czuć tych kanałów dodatkowych.
Now answer me this people, is it fair to say the Amiga 500 cannot replicate this?
Not the goal. The goal was to try to make something cool with an STe ;)
Visually it can be replicated. Audio as well but it needs serious effort to write the YM emulator using up two PCM-channels (so it's mono output) and then do the same kind of soundmixer as on the STe to get four PCM-channels out of the remaining two hw-channels.
Basically the demo is written around the STe hardware, so it's complicated to convert to Amiga 1:1. Had the demo used the LMC1992 filters (which I think not, correct me if I'm wrong) then the 68000 of the A500 would have a difficult time for sure.
@@evldhs nope. LMC is just used for fadeout + interactive bass / treble control from menus. As soon as YM is also involved, LMC use is quite restrictive. Another detail I suppose would need some work is the real time bit decimation through the blitter half tone registers.
