This is a very interesting video: I like to see so many planners compared 😍 I have both the Hobonichis A6 and I loved to see how different can other planners be 🥰 The Hibino, in particular I think it's really interesting😍😍 Thank you very much ❤️
Thanks so much for your comment! It was a long winded video but I’m so glad you liked it! Honestly the Hibino is a must if you like the smaller size! Thank you so much for watching!!
Midori DO1 is perfect for my job since I work 5 days per week and I wouldn't like to leave the weekends in blank, thanks for the comparision now I know which one works better for me❤
i know this is a year old, but its still helpful for me planning next year. i also wanted to add that you do have an english hobonichi, but its a planner not the english techo. that is why those are different on the inside and their grids are different sizes.
Hibino grid is 2.5mm -- two blocks = 5mm. I agree it's tiny though! I have a hard time using it in real time for my work notes, but I can write small if I take my time 😅
Ahaha! Ya! It’s so hard to take my time. My mind is a jumbled mess so I need to write as fast as possible! Ahah! Thanks so much for taking the time to watch the video!!
Omg. I wish I saw this when you first published it! Immediately subscribed 😆It is SO helpful. It's March but I'm still in planner/journal limbo between the Hibino, Weeks, and Cousin Avec. I *knew* the Hibino didn't have the weekly section but because I didn't use the Weekly section in my Hobonichi Cousin last year, I didn't think I needed it. Turns out I'm a Weekly AND Daily planner (yes, i also need those hour with half-hour timestamps!) So, as I'm watching this, I'm setting up the Weekly with Daily pages Aura Estelle planner, LOL. We shall see. Regardless, I love this video! Need to keep it in mind for next year. And I love that you compared the A6's because I've realized that it's my favorite size. So cute, so compact, and easy to carry everywhere for me. Thank you, Roselyn! ❤
Oh my gosh!! Thank you so much for subscribing! I'm so happy it helped!! If it makes you feel better I'M STILL trying to figure out my planners. Mind you, I still have A BUNCH of planners I am still using. I think you'll like the Aura Estelle because the weeks are in there too... I actually forgot to share a comparison of that too cuz I forgot I had it... in a box somewhere. LOLOLOL! A6 for bookbound is my favourite size as well. Not so much rings though. Anyways thanks so much for taking the time to watch my video and comment! AND THANKS AGAIN for subscribing!!!
Lovely video; I really enjoyed seeing all these planners side by side! Just a quick note about the Japanese vs English Hobonichi A6 - you're right that the grid size is different. The English one is 4mm, and the Japanese one is 3.7mm.
I know this is an old video but it was helpful for 2024 for me ☺️ I also noticed that the Japanese a6 hobo doesn’t have the day names on the daily pages. I did a Google translate and they aren’t in Japanese either. I just got my 2024 a6 hobo and started using it now in November as I can just follow the dates ☺️
Nice video, seeing them all together!! But I dropped by to say this: Where is the Jibun techo Days, though?? 😆😆 This has the most unique design, I think, compared to all the other ones! However, I also think that the Jibun techo designs both the weekly and daily, don't look good on camera compared to the other brands !!! So I think that's why they are not equally popular... 🤔 In person they are so good and super functional!! Also, I wanted to add, that besides these few Japanese daily planners, in Japan like 80% of the planners they have in the stationery shops are monthlies!! O.o Months in the front with blank pages in the back ..! Rows and rows with monthly planners 🤣😂 Just a random fyi lol
Ahaha! I’ve never seen it before which is why I didn’t buy it. Lol! But next time I’ll keep an eye on them. All of these I got in person in Victoria and Vancouver so I got to take a peak inside to see. But if they bring in the Jibun daily I’ll probably will buy it next year! Aha! Thanks so much for watching!!
Super Video!! 📚 👍 Vielen Dank !! 🌹
Thank you so much!! And thank you for watching!!!!! 💗💗💗

The a6 Moterm does work as a cover for the Midori Hibino. I ordered it from Amazon and received it in 2 days.

Which notebook would you say has 'warmer' paper: Midori or Moleskine?
Hello! Sorry for this late reply. I would say that they are pretty much the same colour! Thanks so much for watching!
