I love this one so much -- the instruments they used really suits Lost River. Something about it feels so unsettling and makes you feel on edge, even though it's not as high strung as the predator attack OST or other hunting tracks.
Love it how the Rancher Alerted part of it sounds panicked. Like when you're at home, either alone or only one awake, it's quiet. Maybe you're accompanied by a hum of light bulbs or the buzzing of a panini maker heating up as you make your meal. Then something makes a loud noise Also one part of this ost makes me think of air raid sirens. We have those sounding off 1st Saturday of every month at noon here, maintenance, so that part fooled me for a second.
