I wish they would update the list a bit more often (I really want the responders kit from the Sam bundle and it's not there), but it's really chill that they do this.
And the Poses too I missed out on so many poses, Also I wish they would give you a detailed description of the Item(s) in the support place, Just in case you already have something so you don't stuff up.

I Agree is all you need to type .. and word of warning .. SEVERAL times its taken over 2 days to get for an "agent" to deal with my purchase request ... so dont be surprised if takes longer then the 2-4 hours youtubers tell you ... that team apparently is "very small"
Depending on the time of day you submit your ticket will have an impact on the response time but I wasn’t expecting a response as fast as I got to be honest.
Last time I did this was like a year ago and the whole process took more than a week. Idk if they add more staff today, but yea, I think it vary from one player to another

@@CaptainKiLL83 yes, the automated message for x amount of atoms being taken out, please confirm - which I have but that was the day of on the 27th. My best guess is that there’s probably just a high volume of players now playing more than ever before. Or at least in a very long time

Apparently about 2 days ago, Bethesda completely dropped the ticket all together lol. I’d say I waited about 14-15 days before I got a response. Probably just unlucky

It is what they are there for. Atom Shop is the MTX to bring them into the black along with FO1st, and since you are going to be paying full price for it instead of waiting for it to reappear, usually discounted, no need to hesitate.
On the site it says up to 2 business days but because they are busy because of the Game becoming popular again it could take around a week or so. I been waiting for a couple days now for a response

Just to let some of you know, half the good atomic items can not be asked for when making the ticket such as the Street Corner Salesman or the Wasteland Knight Paint and ect, which does suck but we have to live with it until either we die or Bethesda bring it out again 😂

@AHeart. You'll probably have to make another request for the item as the email states that if there's no response within 9 days, the support team will consider the situation solved.
If they were REALLY thirsty for it, they'd have a page with just a few items on it that cycles daily that's ONLY things you don't own Stopped playing 76for a few years due to no computer, and I'd drop several hundred on the cash shop for things I've missed in the neantime

I Agree is all you need to type .. and word of warning .. SEVERAL times its taken over 2 days to get for an "agent" to deal with my purchase request ... so dont be surprised if takes longer then the 2-4 hours youtubers tell you ... that team apparently is "very small"
Depending on the time of day you submit your ticket will have an impact on the response time but I wasn’t expecting a response as fast as I got to be honest.
Last time I did this was like a year ago and the whole process took more than a week. Idk if they add more staff today, but yea, I think it vary from one player to another

@@CaptainKiLL83 yes, the automated message for x amount of atoms being taken out, please confirm - which I have but that was the day of on the 27th. My best guess is that there’s probably just a high volume of players now playing more than ever before. Or at least in a very long time

Apparently about 2 days ago, Bethesda completely dropped the ticket all together lol. I’d say I waited about 14-15 days before I got a response. Probably just unlucky

It works, but no one knows how long it will take. I wait now around 10 days without any agent looking at my ticket.
Just as an update, your comments were bang on - I got an email notification saying the request for this came through (13 days after)

It is what they are there for. Atom Shop is the MTX to bring them into the black along with FO1st, and since you are going to be paying full price for it instead of waiting for it to reappear, usually discounted, no need to hesitate.
I wouldn’t be too worried about taking up their time. The service is there and I would take full advantage of it

Just to let some of you know, half the good atomic items can not be asked for when making the ticket such as the Street Corner Salesman or the Wasteland Knight Paint and ect, which does suck but we have to live with it until either we die or Bethesda bring it out again 😂
