Question for you, not sure if it's already been covered. - I'm going through a contested DvRO request that my ex filed against me in August. She has constantly brought up any little thing she can at every hearing we have. Ultimately, wasting time and hearing is continued.... She hasn't filed a separate request for contempt but instead is submitting exhibits for her alleged violations. Shouldn't this be separate from the restraining order trial/hearing?
The other party stuck the misfire finger at me during the hearing acting like he waa rubbing his face with his middle finger in such a way that it was obvious what can I do about this too make him be held accountable?
I have a question, with regards to insurance (health, Auto) there is nothing anywhere regarding ATROs violations of cancelling health and auto insurance. What do you do when your ex violates the summons ATROs by cancelling the health or auto insurance?
Would counts of contempt filed in family court be prosecuted by the family Court Judge and then enter a plea in Family court? How does prosecution for contempt work in Family court? That's confusing.
Can a judge kick you out of a courtroom unjustly with no charges or no crime committed when you’re a parent who the court doesn’t want to talk because he could prove the kids innocence because the courts railroad him, and the Dad’s not having it for what reason would they be able to kick a parent out of the courtroom in juvenile case?
Yes, I believe so. A judge can ensure the orderly conduct of the proceedings and prevent disruption of the proceedings. Look at Code of Civil Procedure sections 128 and 1209. Here's a case that might shed some light on the issue: scholar.google.com/scholar_case?case=10888668309171513517&q=%22enforce+order+in+its+immediate+presence%22&hl=en&as_sdt=4,5

If you want the judge to issue orders regarding it (such as order your ex to open or pay for a new policy), then you can file an RFO on that issue.
