In 1:00:58 you can actually see an error in kana's hair, it is normally in her right side, but when she turns her back its shifted to be on her left, I'm sure the artist missed that

WELP, SHE'S NOT THE CULPRIT- SO THAT SMART OBSERVATION GETS YEETUS DELETUS OUT OF A WINDOW.
She killed bc of her sister, her father had a kid with another woman, and bc he was a well known man it couldn’t be made public. So they put Seina’s sister to an orphanage. After some years Seina checked on her sis and found out she was sick. So she killed bc in her motive her sis’s hospital was on fire.
