Lecture on mess mapping by Floor Kist

We had the privilege of learning about mess mapping from Floor Kist during an elective course at the Oslo School of Architecture and Design. I was excited to learn more about the next generation of mess mapping, and how mess maps can take different forms and shapes to describe the social messes we face in services.
