- I review the benelli bn125 and answer the question, should you buy one in 2022. Benelli Q.J. is an Italian company, based in the city of Pesaro in the Marche region, that produces motorcycles and scooters.
Since 2005 Benelli is owned by the Qianjiang Motorcycle, a Chinese company controlled by the Geely Holding Group. Originally founded in 1911 in Pesaro, Benelli is the second oldest Italian motorcycle company still in business.
Design, development and marketing activities are carried out at the Benelli QJ headquarters in Pesaro, Italy, in synergy with the parent company of Wenling China where motorcycles are produced.

My first bike for these 6months and I really like this bike. As you said, it has amazing look for a 125cc. After my learning curve I will upgrade for a 600cc for sure :)

I have the 2018 model and i love it so far, it is my first bike and ive rode it for about 6months and im very pleased. It does look like a bigger bike and im digging the cbs. Saved me from coming off and rear ending cars😅

Hey I’m glad to hear the cbs is good I’ve put a deposit on my bn and was worried because it doesn’t have abs, do you find that not having abs but having cbs is just as good on the Benelli? Cheers
@@Motogeeza yes cbs has saved me twice from a colision and from locking up my front wheel , even if you press only front the rear will still apply i had no issues until it got stolen a month back 😢😭

Just done CBT 2 days ago complete novice and was first time on a motorbike. It was this very same bike and have been researching ever since as looking to buy one in next couple days. Review helped to cement that thought and also a subscription. Hello from Scotland

My son passed his CBT and two days later bought this exact bike on his 21 birthday already drove 320 miles in 3 days what does that tell you ,I've never seen him so happy

How do you find it mate?
@@Azerbaijani.Turkmen Love it. Have nearly 2600km on it and had no issues. Only thing is that it is definitely suited to town riding or country roads. Struggles a bit on faster roads but is a easy bike to master quickly.

I'm thinking of trading my TNT 125 in for a BN just for more comfort, practical & storage, etc. The tnt is a cracking fun bike😂😂 im riding a long time now, Speed or power don't bother me anymore. I think the build quality is excellent on them benelli for the price.

Mate I love this bike 🤩🙌🏾 only thing is, I’ve noticed mine gets false neutrals if I don’t change down through the gears in order. Be interesting to see if you found the same 🙏🏾💯
Brilliant bike, I love it. Ya it happens on this bike to, like if I come to a stop and go down through a few gears at once I get false neutrals but I thought it was just this bike, I wonder now if it's a thing with all bn125
@@DaveTube3310 Ah I'm glad I asked - I mentioned it to the shop I bought the bike from and they said its normal, and with this being my first bike I just kept a note of it, but it didn't make sense as I didn't have this issue on my CBT bike (honda) So yh think maybe its a BN125 thing

Where did you get those side mirrors? I've been looking for some handlebar mirrors for my BN for ages and can't find any that fit
Great review! I like this bike a lot. Is the exhaust loud? And in general, is it a quite motorcycle regarding in noise? Especially on country roads (70-90kmh)? Many greetings
In general it is a quite motorcycle and the exhaust is not loud, if you check my other videos you will see a video showing the sound of the standard exhaust and a mod we did to give it a deeper tone. That will give you a better idea of the sound. Thanks for watching and I'm glad you enjoyed it 🙂

I’m 4”8ft would I be able to ride this or will I struggle?
Was that speedometer in mph? Wouldnt expect it to 0-60mph so quickly on such a short road. Less impressive if it were kph.
i got one and what a brilliant beginner bike hits 60mph comfortably, im 70kg 6'2 it is slightly small but ur not gonna get much bigger bikes in the 125cc category

What is the max speed in mph it can handle?
I have the same bike and I recently bought some bar end mirrors to put on but I couldn't get it to fit due to the style of the bar ends on this bike. Could I ask what bar end mirrors you used? or how you put them on? cheers.
They are ones with a rubber strap. Cheap from ali-express but I've seen them on eBay also. Your right normal bar end mirrors won't fit in the ends of the bars

Hi I'm thinking about this bike as it looks great for a 125..I have few questions please. Is it oil cooled like the TNT? , Is the clutch light? Is the gearbox smooth or clunky? Thanks mate stay safe on the road 👍👍👍
Hi, thanks for watching. This one was air cooled with a nice light clutch but the gearbox is a little clunky. All in all a great bike for the money 🤙

Is it problematic because it is air cooled?
What revs do you take it to get 60mph? I haven't been able to find anything definitive so have only been up to 7000 with a 5mph top speed

Nice movie, good review. I got that bike , in white. I wonder , is this stock tires ? Cordial? You drive very confidently, I read a lot that Cordials are bad on wet roads ... what do you think about stock tires?

Ali express I don't have a link but if you search bar end mirrors they will come up. Use the ones with the adjustable rubber straps to mount onto the bar as the bar end type won't fit the bn125
How tall are you ? And is it comfortable for your hight ?
I have a question for this bike. Does it skids on wet roads?
It does actually, I've been told it's because the factory tyres are not that good but I'd also say the narrow rear tyre has some part to play. I'd recommend changing the tyre if you will be doing a lot of wet road riding
Your weight and what is the top speed you got with it?
Hi. I'm roughly 80 kg. Bike was grand to 100kph and then slowly slowly climbed to 115kph from 100kph.
Can tell me the mileage?
It had 1800 kilometers on it at the time as far as I can remember
I was after this bike but at 6ft 7 I'd look like a circus act 😭
