Stop calling everything "Manila". Learn to name your cities properly. NCR (formerly, "Metro Manila") is a region. "Manila" is only one of many cities in it. "Manila" refers only to that city at the west coast. Everything else is not Manila anymore: e.g. Pasay, Makati, San Juan. QC, etc.
Philippine tourism does NOT bring money into the country: it merely moves money around within the country. The Philippines could have world-class tourism, but the infrastructure MUST change to be in line with what most international travelers expect: Clean, spacious rooms, spotless bathrooms, modern toilets and bidets, and maybe most important of all - no trash on the streets. One need only look to the Isle of Mann to understand the income potential for international tourism.
Research nyo muna saan talaga mataas ang crime rate sa Southeast Asia. We're actually among the lowest, next only to Thailand. Pinaka mataas crime rate is Malaysia. At mas mababa pa din crime rate dito compared sa US and even UK.
