Thyme for supper! I really struggled with that one.
I needed your comment to get the joke
Until I see these jokes in writing I'm completely lost, and I can't keep watching the video either.
thnx
@@davidburton9690 Dad jokes are best when they are also a deep, dark secret.
@@davidburton9690 2 mins later in the video, nook explains it... 0.o
When you heal slow, it's because there are creatures nearby, also hold the bedroll when you sleep. It says in the tooltip you don't have to drop it.
When selling, you want your % to be as high as possible. It's based off intelligence, 88% is the highest you can sell stuff for, except crafted gear maxes at 34%, give or take int mod.
Crafting used to be hard to break into, because you started off at 0, meaning you had to salvage stuff just to get enough xp to get lv 1, but the dev patched that.
You also auto-eat and auto-drink so you don't have to manually do it.
Also if you press V, you can click on the skills you have learned on the right hand side and equip improvements in the rune slots.
As for leadership skill and hiring a buddy, you basically have to start with leadership. You can get companions at 30 hunting or 40 construction as well but that's mid to late game, so if you want a spare backpack early on you have to start with it.
In regards to POI's that show up as (?) if the color is green it's easy, and if the color is red, it'll be much harder. Easy POI's usually have mobs with low resistances and 60-100 HP. The harder ones have enemies with much higher resists and usually 400 HP.
Swamps have tons of iron, no need exploring an entire mountain cause it's just out in the bog.
The easiest way to get tools early game is to find a town with a tool maker. You can usually buy copper bars for 20g, and then buy the wood you need for 5~, plus a couple gold for a crafting fee. I suggest either buying a woodchopping axe first, or a mining pick, but the pick costs more. Go chop some trees anywhere but elven lands and sell the planks to buy your next tool.
You can go up to a crafter with a weapon or armor, you can upgrade it with all new materials in the same armor. You can also do it yourself if you have the crafting skill. As an example, your starter knife can be upgraded from copper to iron, and add in things like Bone Dust for +1 strength.
Good advice.)
i will say it seemed like it was another game he sorta played but didnt really play enough to review, but great tips
I love your recommendations - I don't think I'd stumble upon such great games on my own, you seem to find these hidden gems! Thank you!
Good to see new videos on this game. I hope you follow through and show later gameplay!
That last part was hilarious🤣. This is through and through an RPG.
I love that you play all the games I'm curious about. Thank you!
Recently did a video on this game myself, really enjoying it so far & the dev is constantly pushing updates :)
Been playing this game like crazy! So excited to watch this video. Thank you for another amazing video!
As for the updates, I've been ridiculously happy with the amount and frequency of them. We just got the bear people race and a new skill tree!
Same, binged 100 hours in a week in this game
Is the movement/facing thing something that clicks after awhile?
This game looks really cool I just can’t get over the circle character icons instead of figures. Feels like little penny sized tokens on a board
Edit: after seeing all the crafting/skills/ especially the building I’m gonna get it
When was this video recorded? The Bear people have been out for a while now (or is this the demo version?)
If it only had MOAR majik! I have to think the death at the end is a serious bug, that you backstab yourself? come-on! Turned me off to checking it out.
The Developer on discord said he's going to be focusing on adding more Magic focused classes (no more physical combat classes).
Im just imagining if baldurs gate 3 would of ambushed you with double hag
This is out, like officially or a prerelease thing?
i own this, but im still playing the orginal Soulash.
