    one of the rc mags reviewed a VQ model Tucano years ago and had exactly the same problem with the spinner exploding

    That emmentaler cowling, if anything gives it more of a scale look, and not just because of the cylinder head. Those metal parts like the muffler too, such nice contrast with metal and that red

    That flew like a much larger model. It surprised me very floaty. I predict those broken spinner fragments may never leave that flight box again.

    I watch all your vids, and thanks. Something fell from the sky (don't think it was a camera artifact) at 5:07 slowed it down frame by frame, starts above your plane and falls thru the path. No biggy just thought I would point it out, could be a very very small Foo Fighter, lol. Anyway great plane and build.

    I bought this same model from Motion RC about two years ago. I sold it fight away after it's maiden flight because I thought it was the worst ARF I ever saw. I did a somewhat negative review but it was never posted. I commented on a post about it and found another guy that also gave it a negative review and it was also never posted on Motion RC either.

      @@Rcmodelgeeks Yep I missed that one! I thought I watched all your videos. I have a Saito 80 that I plan to use for my Sig Astro Hog under construction. Never owned a Saito before but heard they were nice.

      @@stevejones9044 Theres a reason why the Russians use Saito 4 stokes in their drones... They are simply reliable. i've never had one cut out in the air and once they are set up ive not had to adjust the needles valves. Just fill and fly!

      @@Rcmodelgeeks All my fourstrokes are Saito, they are so dependable and the only time they stop running is when they are out of fuel. Nice plane and nice maiden flight.

    Nice maiden guys. What size Saito, and prop you using. I'm building up the VQ models P40, using a YS91AC, Mas 14*7*3blade. Might look at a APC 14*14*2 blade in future. Flying the VQ models Monaro as my sport trainer ASP91fs with Mas 14*6*2blade. Seems a great model

    hi again . Rob do i need a set of Digifleet Crystals or will any 35 mhz do. cheers Dane

      There were 2 different type sets of crystals for 35 meg. One type won't work in the fleet. I think ones designed for futaba for example don't work in fleet radios.

      @@andrewpotter1206 On an electric a 3d spinner would be fine. But because the power of IC comes in pulses it puts much more stress on the spinner and prop. Which is why IC props are generally much thicker.
