Every time when the heat burst whiffs after ws 23 part of my soul dies
it's because the first hit of ws23 is blocked that the heat misses
Next patch they will buff Dragunov and King and not fix this shit for sure.

I've noticed if you wait until they finish their flip in ws 23 you have a higher hit rate with heat.

0:26, would blazing kick also work here as an ender instead of ub3? I think if the opponent does the wrong tech, they get launched, but I'm not sure if anything is guaranteed

I really don’t know at this point, I used to think it depends on the distance when ws2,3 hits but I was wrong

@@lolnight0i thought it was a character size issue like it would whiff more on girl characters, but now i have no clue
It whiffs mostly when ducking a high string and punishing it , usually moves that are -14 and ws2,3 it works just fine but when it comes to reinas ff2 into Sentai 3 (since it's duckable) it will end up whiffing xd
Imo it only connects consistently in male characters... I don't even try to do it on females cause you gotta be in a very specific angle to connect... I wish they fix that so it gets more consistent

That’s just one of the many situations that causes a whiff 😭. Sometimes it depends on what move you just ducked
@@Zimmer8000Gaming as far as i know i hit it on every duck tho.. after 1300 games lee didnt notice it whiffing on certain ducks only blocks. But thats rookie numbers so im not sure i guess
@@mcpetrus2078 hmm, well one example I’ve noticed is that ducking Reina’s SEN 3 (I think? The plus on block high kick), and trying to punish with ws 2,3 makes the heat burst whiff.
@@Zimmer8000Gaming im gonna test it out tomorrow, you're probably right. But in the video it whiffed because it got blocked. Ill let you know once i tested it :)
@@mcpetrus2078 Gotcha 🙏. Some other notable characters I’ve noticed causing this drop are Jin and Xiaoyu, but I can’t recall any specific moves atm.
