I appreciate that because I had two c sections back to back but this year my youngest will be 2 years old and I want to lose weight especially because next year I want to try for another baby and get a vbac if possible. ❤
I forgot you had twins, you still look really great! Whenever I feel like I'm accumulating "extra" on my torso, I increase my cardio and go into calorie deficit. I also give myself a cut off time for eating. I'm typically done eating by 7p. This gives your body time to digest everything you ate in a day plus detox/fast. You got this💪🏽
It’s two years for me post partum. I initially lost the weight but gained it back because of life. 😢But now I’m with you!! I’ve spent the past week doing things right. Considering Xmas was last Wednesday I’m glad I at least maintained my weight.

In 2024 I really turned my health around so far I’ve lost 24 lbs, I have 35 lbs more left to get to my healthy weight.

Just a tip, include vertical exercising i.e. Jumping Jacks, jump rope as vertical exercising are more beneficial than horizontal exercises. i.e. 15 minutes of jumping jacks = 30 minutes of running. Just had a baby 10 months ago and decided to go low carb, I don’t own a scale but clothes fit smaller and abs coming through, it’s hard but doable . I also walk about 13,000 steps any time I can. Now I can’t even lots of carbs even if I want to , I’ll get bloated and gassy. SUGAR is really the enemy for me lol

You honestly look great. However if your looking to get more toned and stronger I am a dance teacher and I do the same warm up 6+ times a day and I believe it’s helped with the weight loss and toning of my body after I had my son. Usually warm ups are short and performed consecutively as I have to teach classes a warm up and choreo or tech within 1 hour sessions but have to warm the classes whole body’s. If you wanted to ever try it we usually do 60-100 jumping jacks or star jumps 1min high knees on the spot or run on the spot 30-60 mountain climbers 24 lunges to the side and the 24 to back (12 per leg) 20-30 rises in parallel, 1st and 2nd position 20-30 supermans 20 birddog per side 40 sit ups arms coming to first position 70-100 bicycles 10-20 v-snaps 35 leg drops (laying down arms by side, straight legs lower to hover just above the ground and then straight back up repeating) Odd extras are clams with resistance bands around the thighs, flexing and pointing the feet with optional but recommended resistance bands. Sometimes we do 15-20 squat jumps or burpees. We also have a crunches combo to any song around 3min 30 secs You have to do 8 normal crunches and then 8 twisting or oblique crunches repeat for the entire song usually totalling about 176crunches. If you have dance classes in your area I highly recommend going to try out some adult ones. They can be a great way to have fun, work out, meet new friends, and freely express ones self.

It’s informational and touches on “clean fasting” and all the other health benefits of IF. Here’s to us all reaching our health goals in 2025! 🙌🏿
FYI most can be successful in losing excess wt post partum from breastfeeding. It helps tighten the tummy, but if u couldn't or didn't choose breastfeesing then best way to get back to normal is to make time for self care: sleep, hydrate, eat well balanced meals and engage in some type of low wt bearing exercises even if in the home once ur given the ok by your health care practitioner. Stay encouraged and know it's also ok to embrace ur new bod 😊 and in time u will achieve ur goal wt.
I lost 70 pounds after two kids back to back. In the midst of my weight loss journey i found out i was pregnant again for the third time in 3 years.😵💫since finding out ive lost another 15, and im 20 weeks along. I swear its damn near impossible to get that scale to move (in the right direction) while pregnant. It feels like my weight loss journey is on a stand still and is disappointing but its okay.... i know im going to start shedding weight in 4 months after this baby is born. My first goal weight is 180. I hope to eventually get to 170.

I got a rowing machine stationary bike for Christmas.
