While I think the easter egg itself, the steps kind of lack. The progression of the storytelling is done much better here than on most later and some previous maps. I don't really think the characters are very interesting per se, but the themes of the story are pretty decent. Especially love the keeper sword upgrade and concept 👌

I have to disagree, Shadows Easter egg is one that could have been great, but ultimately failed, if the last step was a solo step rather than a 4 player step, it would be possible the best Easter egg in bo3
I did try to make that point when I mentioned the game play side of things so I completely agree with your point. It’s a good thing that treyarch learned from it and advocated for solo players in every other map after.
