Max i just bought a Carvin LB-75 I bought it online without playing it and I got it and I am blown away by the quality of the instrument itself and the tone is absolutely amazing. Now it does have bartollinis and I think it’s got a OBP3 because I don’t see any other ones that have midrange freq switch? And stacked midrange sweep HI/LOW. I’m wondering if you ever played one and if so your opinion?

The Fender Rumble series are great. I almost got the 100 but, I went with the 40. It had a much better sound to me.

No. Not thoroughly. All humbucker pickups and preamps are not the same.
If I turn the volume up so I can hear you when you play the bass it wakes the neighbors 3 miles down the road.
