It isn’t new and it isn’t saltwater. That is Lake Shelby. It is connected to saltwater and redfish and crabs are in there.
Looks exactly like the ace me and my wife rode to on bikes at the Gulf State Park. Definitely will bring the rod with me next time.

been trying to find it for a while and can’t find it
@@danielsettles3771 on state park rd 2 you will cross a small bridge. Right when you cross over it there is a paved “trail” that you can walk down and it’ll take you straight to it. You can also park at the entrance to state park rd 2 and get there a lot faster. If not park in the big parking area and go across the big bridge to get back towards that area. Hopefully that helps, the explanation was kinda sucky.

Brad, I'm super into the idea of an affordable/foldable ebike for my around-town fishing up here in Greensboro, NC. How do you work transporting rods on the bike. Do you have some holders strapped to the cargo rack on the back somehow?
My other bike has a rack on the back and I strapped rod holders to it
Do you prefer a popping cork or a Carolina rig, with live shrimp or minnows, looking for reds?
Depends on where you’re fishing. I’d rig up both and see which you have the most success with

I love your vids but sometimes it's a love / hate . I lived in Titusville &Pt St John, Florida for 25years. I miss saltwater fishing -- Though I love and live vicariously through your adventures, I hate not living close to the ocean anymore. How do y’all get so many redfish I’ve picked up fishin bout 6-7 months now and never caught a redfish I’ve tried so many different rigs, baits, lures, places and nothing just cat fish

I’d be careful about the e bike! They’re a great idea but the lithium batteries that power them have a really bad habit of catching fire and burning people’s houses down!
