I don't know how many oil change video's I have watched of a BAD BOY mower. I have to say that almost every one of them has been done by low intelligence wanna be mechanics and that includes ones from professional shops. You sir have really shown how to do the job the correct and professional way.

My gosh you had me pretty nervous there at the beginning of your comment, haha, because on UA-cam, you're open for a thrashing from folks in the comments most any day, haha!! Well thank you for your kind words on the video, it means alot, and I'm glad you enjoyed it!! Take care!

Thanks for the video. Just hit 8 hours on my 21 Bad Boy Maverick mower with the same engine. Dealer told me that I didn’t have to change the oil filter but doesn’t sound rite to me. It’s getting changed :). Thanks again.

Looks about as easy as it could be to change the oil on the Bad Boy. Thanks for sharing.

Funny , tired as can be from cleaning the neighbors gutters,,,,, up and down the ladder. Trying to do my best as he is older. And enjoyed your effort for your neighbor.

Great tutorial. I have the same mower. Never feels great when the manual states “location of drain plugs and hoses may differ from photos”. Like the back saver 2000 too

Thanks for your kind words! Haha, yeah these manufacturers and changing stuff around on a guy can make it fun! Yeah, when the ol' back starts talking to you, you have to make adjustments! Take care, my friend!

I just did mine, they are different from last years model with internal expansion tanks instead of external. Im yet to see a hydro fluid change on here for the 2021 model
…Just make sure u bleed an top them off a few times an be sure to let them cool down to ambient temperature every time before topping off because u can over fill them and blow the pumps. I wish they would have kept the external tanks because you can’t see the fluid levels unless you take out the fill port plug on top of the hydros. Maybe do a service vid when you do them, I didn’t think about it until after i done it or I would have made a vid to help people out with the 2021’s

The oil drain line is 100% pointless if you cant easily remove the cap. I’ve ruined the inner nut which barely accessible trying to get the cap off. WTF…..I’m so mad right now. It’s obviously like that on every unit. FU Bad Boy!!!’n
