Standing up for yourself without saying a word is all about mastering your presence and actions. It’s about knowing your worth and showing it through confidence, body language, and deliberate choices. Actions often speak louder than words, and when you carry yourself with self-respect, others take notice. What’s your experience with standing up for yourself? Would love to hear your thoughts!
In years of working with the public I've learned to allow everyone the freedom to express their opinion..even if they're wrong .. if you listen ..keep your voice low and even..their anger is defused and they become willing to listen ..once you become irritated or angry the war is over..and you've lost
Such wisdom in your words! Staying calm and composed truly disarms anger and opens the door to understanding. Thank you for sharing this valuable insight, and thank you for watching my video. I truly appreciate your support!

This video is a masterclass in transforming adversity into strength! The idea of using interruptions and criticisms as opportunities for growth rather than setbacks is pure gold. Thank you for reminding us that respect begins with self-respect. 🙌✨
True respect isn't about demanding it, it's about earning it through our actions, character, and integrity. The Stoic philosophy teaches us that self-control, virtue, and wisdom are the foundations of commanding respect. By mastering our emotions, maintaining humility, and staying true to our values, we naturally earn the admiration of others. Respect comes from within and shines through in how we handle challenges, treat others, and stay grounded. It's a powerful reminder that when we lead by example and stay aligned with our principles, respect follows effortlessly.
I believe that although indifference may not be synonymous with apathy, it surely results in it. When I know someone is truly listening to me, I feel supported because I know my opinion matters. Whether there is agreement or disagreement does not matter, what happens is that I contribute more and are not apathetic. In this win-win situation I learn, and there is nothing more powerful to me than increased wisdom.
11:33 The people who interrupt you while speaking only take advantage if you go dumb. They go on, on & on until you forget what you wanted to say. Only these type of people are prevalent nowadays !!!
@StoicAtlas for my situation yes. Been happening way to much and after I had my spiritual awakening and a big health scare. I woke up. I had to let them go. Nothing against them. Just have to look after my health and we'll being. Life is too short
I'm so sorry to hear that you're going through this. You deserve respect, kindness, and love in all your relationships, especially in your marriage. If your husband's behavior is hurtful or harmful, it’s important to prioritize your well-being and safety. 💛
