Nice work! As usual ethics, professionalism and business sense. It seems that if you go out to do a job and you get it completed and move on to the next job; you cover more people that need help and make more money in the long run. You might make some money by forcing multiple returns to a job but you are creating bad will. There is an old saying in business: A happy customer tells one person, an unhappy customer tells 10! I would say that you have happy customers that tell others!
You do an absolutely wonderful job of identifying and intervening on most problems that you come across. And it’s really great advertising for your company that you can come out and fix problems that other big companies can’t seem to figure out or they charge arm and a leg and multiple visits. The fact that you’re dealing with the real estate agent is even better for your company if she runs into problems down the road, she knows exactly who to contact to get it fixed. Great networking!
I loathe these rip off merchants they are only doing themselves harm word gets around and they get less work , you are a man of ethics and you don’t bull s**t the client well done ,all the best from Tassie
So just a suggestion Gavin, take an old lid to a 5 gallon bucket then cut a hole in the center. After you have cut a hole in the center, place some tape around the edges because you will use this lid as a shield from splash back and you don’t want to ruin your hose on jagged edges from the lid. This shield will be so helpful in keeping sewage from getting in your face, rocks flying back at you or just numerous other things. Just a suggestion for you.
Gavin how ironic that you can fix the problem and the other one can't hmmm that because u know how to do the proper job right way to go mate right o si u on the next one 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
That cutter you used when lined walls with fiberglass use that to cut threw that over extended pipe inside that other pipe then use your reverse and get as many pieces out that you can
In northeast USA where I live, a home has to be at least 50 feet from homes on each side. You can barely squeeze between these Brisbane homes. No wonder they have so many problems with plumbing.
Ahhh! Glad I wasn't the only one who thought those houses were Way too close to each other. Same law here in Utah, western USA. Mostly to help prevent a house fire from spreading from house to house. In the first 3 years we lived in our new house there were 6 major fires in the mountain about a half mile west of us. There were houses they couldn't save if they were closer together many more would have been lost.
in my personal opinion, those rocks packed in around the vent pipe get a pretty good grip on things. It probably won't take 10 minutes of digging to free it up.
The actual float should always be in the centre of the expansion/header tank to get the average highest water level. Should shorted it, if its worth it.... 🙂
Ah, you're down at "Annie's" place. I know her well. 7:06 Don't blame you for taking photos / filming stuff. Helps later on when people accuse you of something you didn't do. I learned that the hard way. 8:19 I was wondering why it was grey. Makes sense with washing machine water . I do notice that the lint in the lint trap is grey. Is it the lint making it grey or they washing powder breaking down ? "Anyone, anyone ? anyone know the answer" - Ben Stein - Ferris Bueller's day off
Can’t stand companies where is $xxxx for the jetter but pay extra for the camera and then extra again for locating. Then give I laughable price to dig it up.
@@marksowden7374 where I live in Sydney, 1 particular company has been on ACA 4 times in a year for excessive overcharging. No such thing as repeat clients. Sting everyone once then change the company name and do it all again.

That's caused by the chemicals in the washing detergent and stagnant water/restricted flow AFAIK and understand. Go check the filter drain connector on your washing machine........you'll find similar
@Nicky LMaybe a Friend of real estate agent. I have seen it where owner relies on agent good judgement, sends trade to do 5 minute job and charges owner late call out fee and costs equal to a moths rent.
Lovely seeing some earlier houses of Old Brisbane town.
Think I caught a glimpse of Bluey's dad Bandit mowing his lawn.

Great work by the grew and you...👍👍👏👏
Nice to see some 'average' homes instead of those huge houses with big yards. Gives you more of a balanced view of Brisbane. Great video as always.
Well done Gavin! The job needs you to put the finishing touches on it. See you next time.

First to comment today! Happy to see you have the team with you today!
I laughed so hard when I saw that pipe sticking down through the drain! The world has gone mad!
Always cleaning up after others
Yeah, thay vent line looks right up to code! Not!
Thanks for sharing 🇨🇦
Haha to code

Shame you have such limited access, the Picote' would have trimmed that right down. Nice work.
Like the ethos of do it right , do it once

5:47shows it off its rocker as you walk up
Hi Gavin, just wondering if you did a street view of this place, it has something very interesting parked very near this house!
Just looked. Yes, I see the van you are talking about.
When in doubt Penetrator to the rescue. Hope US plumbers are taking cues from you and Scary Monster. Is that the theme from Rocky in the background?

Good video but it would be nice if you were to show us more and make about a 30 minute video, Thanks
The other plumber works from a three legged stool
So, you couldn't fix it with one trip?
Probably needs approval from the owner to dig up.
🐸 Beyond belief! But I've got to believe it 'cos I'm looking right at it. (©️ VGG)

Just got done myself that way. Why do most tradies have to be assholes :(
