If you have recovered your doc and it doesn’t open in word then try opening it with text edit it worked for me!
Great Video, I waited a bit 15 min, tried everything in your video, then came back and clicked on the 'recent' documents in Word, one by one, and then it opened! lucky, I think

Didn't work for me , i restarted the Mac, then the original doc was there but whatever i added before restarting was gone.

Hello. Please the none of the methods have worked for me so far. For instance, the last one, when I click documents, no DOC shows up as a subsection. Please help, days of hard work at stake. :::(
Not sure about the last option... when I downloaded AnyRecover it asked me to give permission to make changes... and that kind of scared me. Is that something I should clic yes? How do I know it is a trusted version? The logo seems different... it's blue instead of orange... not sure what to do... and lost a complete day of work! :(

I tried the third method but I found the very first version of the file and not the last one, unfortunately there is a difference of 16 pages between them, any idea how I can restaure the last one please ?

had to pay for the product to see my lost file and then after I paid for the app- it didnt work.. waste of 59.99.. definitely not happy, should have just retyped the paper instead of wasting my time and money.
