Hi there, thank you for your question! check if you have AutoRecover option turned on then open the file and go to info under the manage documents select the file labeled "when I closed without saving" then select restore Hopefully, that solves your issue.

Hi there, thank you for your question! If you tried the steps in the video you can also try opening up the program you used and try opening the files from within that original program. Otherwise you might have to resort to file recovery with data recovery software.
I have done the work yesterday and saved on Desktop. Today I continued working, and when I have finished I wanted to save it on Desktop (I forgot that I've done it already). Windows said something like "There's document with that name already, do you want to replace it?". I clicked yes, because I thought that it will remove the old one, and save the new. But he did the OPPOSITE. He replace NEW one with OLD one. Can someone help me?

Hi there, thank you for your question! If you tried the steps in the video you can also try opening up the program you used and try opening the files from within that original program. Otherwise you might have to resort to file recovery with data recovery software.

I have done the work yesterday and saved on Desktop. Today I continued working, and when I have finished I wanted to save it on Desktop (I forgot that I've done it already). Windows said something like "There's document with that name already, do you want to replace it?". I clicked yes, because I thought that it will remove the old one, and save the new. But he did the OPPOSITE. He replace NEW one with OLD one. Can someone help me?
