Matt Kahn.... You are the friend that I never had but have always seriously NEEDED... I am so BEYOND GRATEFUL I FINALLY FOUND YOU!!! FOR YOUR EXISTENCE!! For your words!!!! For your compassion!!! For your humor!!! For your unique light!!!! Finally somebody gets IT! Gets ME! You are by far the most compassionate being I have ever known, ever heard speak.... Every video I watch of yours there are THREE GUARENTEES .... I will LAUGH .... I will CRY.... And I will have several deep AH-HA moments !!!!! And after I always feel infinitely better! The frequency I exist in, nobody has ever understood ... Although I was angry & hurt when I first heard this teaching, I found myself trying it anyway, and instantly I found it to be a new way to experience & enjoy life. By saying, "thank you for helping me", I was automatically shifted to focus on the possible benefits of the experience / which my inner being immediately showed me . I practice it again & again during the course of a day, and found so many benefits once I stopped reading these experiences as " problems". ( things that should not happen to me ) I found myself rising in energy levels, expanding my perspectives, feeling lighter & happier, and connecting to my authentic self. ~ Who knew learning new things could be so much fun ? You are like the grade school teacher I wish I had. I love you.
I say thank you all day long to people who obviously help me, or help community, or help others. It is the crank-masters who irk me here & there that I keep silent with. But even so, I am beginning to see how they help me as well. I do not FEEL them as pleasant, but the reaction they trigger in me helps move me in a different direction. It's sort of like a green traffic light. Go. ! The red traffic light, are the sweet/ nice moments where I want to sit & rest. Because it feels good. The green light Go, comes from interacting with people who don't feel good. However, I realize I need BOTH signals to keep myself in motion. Thanks for sharing this advice, it's super helpful to me !

I tried the "thank you for helping me" experiment a few days after listening to this talk for the first time. An older man in need was holding a sign at the side of the road near the intersection. I was in the middle lane, surrounded by other vehicles. So I instead silently thanked the man for helping me to realize how much I have. Instantly, I was aware that the older model used car I was sitting in had become the most expensive luxury car in the world! Since then, I have been practicing receiving, understanding that I've been walking around "closed up" because I felt overwhelmed by negative things, effectively blocking the good. Thank you again, Matt, for your insight and wisdom!

You know when you love and admire someone so much that you just want to shout to the universe and everyone how much you love them, on repeat? thats how i feel about Matt Khan. I literally just started practicing what he says a couple days ago, and its. ALREADY. WORKING. PERFECTLY. That's what you get for listening to practical advice that immediately and simply makes a buttload of sense.

I absolutely love this man and his messages.
What I get from Matt's messages in a nutshell is that life is predestined no matter what. If all is meant to work for me and this happens to be true (I don't know because this is not my direct experience. I would have to take Matt's word for it), then I should be able to relax and let go completely but I my mind keeps on telling me "are you sure this is true".

Dear Matt ~ thank you for helping me
As I lay in bed listening to this, my first reaction was that this guy is an evangelical non-dualist - an epistle to modern day Christians minus hinging it all on the magic man in the sky. But by half way through I came to see him as kind of a spiritual smoothie guru - equal parts Eckhart Tolle, Mooji, Adyashanti, Byron Katie, with a few pinches of Rupert Spira and a few others tossed into the blender. But in the end, the special blend tastes pretty good and I thanked him for helping me. Especially with the part about 'everything happens for a reason.' I always got irked when people said that, like - What Does That Really Mean? Matt says it best... you might not know the reason for a long time, or you might not ever find out, but it all works out in the end. I guess. We'll just have to wait and see on the morning when we take our rattling last breaths and cross over into...
This is SO POWERFUL and thank you for helping me. This is JUST what I needed to hear EXACTLY when I needed to hear it. I'm so filled with love and gratitude for this message and for the Truth of this teaching!

Ahh, this brings so much needed peace. Most of the time I'm appreciating life, and I see it positively, and I celebrate it no matter what, but now I'm finding myself really being more at peace with pain instead of wanting to focus positively and hoping that if I'm not looking at it for long enough it will go away. Feels like that tension is released: "Let's put on a smile and not look over to that dark corner or otherwise I might manifest something unpleasant." I feel much less on guard about my state of being and it actually makes it easier to come to balance. It also releases the sense of external threat.. Definitely gonna watch this one again a few times. Thank you, Matt, Julie, everyone!

One question : the reason for us experiencing this life is the divine wanting to explore different avenus of self knowing or us to learn to choose to love our selfs or if its both how are these two related to each other ? Maybe by learning to love our self , the divine discovers itself from a new and different perspective . The key is not to resist the path otherwise the discovery would be painfull .

When I said in my mind to all the abusers of my life "thank you for helping me", why did I have tears well up in my eyes and roll down my face? Wad this a release?
I said the mantra over and over, going through the files in my mind of the shit storm of life that I survived. Saying to each one of them thank you. I did feel a weigjt being lifted, even though I have cleared this stuff many times. So I was surprised that I had tears.
