I had somewhat of an idea of the float position. But didn't fully understand until watching your video. I watched a few other videos and they didn't explain it as good as you do. Thanks for your help!
@@papawsplace this very true! I knew that it existed just didn't know everything about it. I am going to search your other videos. I am sure there are other things that you can teach me.
If I hadn't read the manual after getting this tractor I wouldn't have know it myself. I wounder how many people has a tractor with the float position and don't even know it.
I'll have to see if my 3016 has that feature. I really hope it does! Being able to float the bucket will be a real boon on some yardwork I have planned!
I like it. It’s a 98’ and does what I need it to. Only 1550hrs on it so I’ll see how long it will last. Only have had it about a year. Last owner took really good care of it stored it in a garage. Gear driven is a lot of work sometimes.
I love it, I have close to 400 hours on it now. Just keep in mine when buying a tractor the PTO HP is not the same as the tractor and with a 5 foot bush hog it's not gonna do so good in tall/thick stuff bush hogging.
I guess you can call it a float but it's not a special thing (so-to-speak). Gravity lets the arms down and oil pressure will raise them. Hope that makes since.

It's a lot of Tractor owners out there that their tractor may have this and don't even know it.

and a few things not to do. 🤣
I’ve had my 1626 for 9 months and didn’t know about the float position. My dealer didn’t explain anything. That’s an awesome feature

Thank you much!
😮 I’m glad I saw this today, I had plans for tomorrow to the deep part of the creek to see if float position really works. Thank you, good video.
LOL, You better put lots of air in them tires before going to the creek. 🤣🤣
Good to know, thank you sir. I get my tractor in 2 days.
This has been a good tractor so far.

I think a lot of newer tractors come with it.
Thank you! Very informative for a newbie!
Thank you!
Top job mate! I'll be onto the float mode tomorrow. Great demo :=)
Thank you Bruce.
Very good demo.
Thank you much!
My 1720 new Holland has it and I use it all the time
It's nice once you make it a habit to use it.
How you like the New Holland?

I had a John Deer 790 gear driven for over 20 years. If I could have put a frontend loader on it I still would have it,
Thank you I knew my tractor had that option but I’ve never used itI have a 1635
I seldom use it myself.
So all front end loader tractors have that or just these mahindra’s?
Not all end loaders have this, but it is on a lot of the brands out there.
@@papawsplace thanks
thank you NICE!!
Thank you for dropping in.
How do you like your 1626? I’m looking at the shuttle shift myself. Trying to decide between that and a Kioti
I love it, I have close to 400 hours on it now.

Your welcome.
Good job, much better than a Mahindra dealer "expert." Their video was horrible.
Thank you much for this comment. Stop in Anytime.
What about float for the three point?
