@@ejohnson3131 agreed. I want one, too. I just hope Nissan pulls through cause I don't want to be sitting with a car that it's manufacturer has gone under. I don't even know whether the Honda alliance will work out or whether it is a good thing. Hopefully, it helps Nissan stay afloat.
They make vehicles for types of terrains. The manufacturer does not know who will buy their vehicles. If you live in snowy weather like the mountains or Midwest, All Wheel Drive or 4 wheel drive is a smart decision and is a must in rural areas (if you are a city dweller and never get off the pavement then you may get away with not having it). You are correct that most ppl don’t subject their vehicles to extremes, but it is nice to know what your vehicle is capable of.
Exactly. Why didn’t they give the Titan this design and interior. I think both this and the Titan would sell good. Canceling the Titan seems like a mistake. They just kept slightly missing the mark on the design.
@JJJ5.7 you have to vote with your wallets by buying the Titan and not just talk about it. Lots of folks will say the Titan is the most underrated Truck in America but will go out and buy one of the Big 3. Nissan made a business decision because the Titan is the worst selling Truck in America and they can't move any without massive incentives. They're losing money selling the Titans
You are wrong about people not taking these vehicles into those scenarios. Maybe the majority that live on pavement. Rural towns still deal with flooding issues and dirt driveways. I had a rental ( Ford F-350 ) to move. I ended up in an area that had mud, rocks, uneven terrain and this big box truck. If I knew before I was moving about the road. I defiantly would want something off road capable and light weight.
My local dealer which i bought 8 Nissan vehicles in the past few years had the 2025 Platinum reserve…..super beautiful truck…until a asked for the price.. Platinum reserve is at $149k and they are estimating that the pro4x would be around $85-$95k I was set on getting this but at that price, probably no….I asked them that why is the pricing so much and was told that it will compete with Cadillac. I said that is what the Infiniti brand is for… dealer said with Honda and Nissan merging, they will consolidate Infiniti brand with Nissan in one store meaning that Infiniti brand might go away till they figure out and save company money
As a 5x Nissan Platinum reserve owner and waiting and studying this redesign for 3 yrs..so disappointed to find out they drop many of the reserve comfort and safety features if you choose this model. Why can't we build this with interior color options and have the reserve camera, air ride, and many of the drive functions? Also why does ONLY the litty bitty part of roof window open ? And why have they still not restored the open independent function of the rear glass hatch? I am a real estate broker so all mine have been 4wd (used it many times showing large tracts ) but use everyday the seat heater, steering wheel heater, multi camera angles etc. Tired of same old look and the new ones still really look similar so the ProX was calling my name, but I feel we are being limited on the experience we should get by not offering us options to build it up
First notice when he said the tow hooks are easy to get to. Hu? They are practically under the SUV. They need to be up in the bumper area to make it easy to get to. Otherwise you are on your belly trying to hook the strap to the tow hook under the front end.
For all the issues Nissan has had, this thing is still made in Japan and I want one!

True with Nissan but this platform is ledgit and they have had that engine for some time now.

I love the way Nissan drives. I live in WV now and would definitely love to upgrade to one of these!
So when is Titan coming back with same interior and design?
Exactly. Why didn’t they give the Titan this design and interior. I think both this and the Titan would sell good. Canceling the Titan seems like a mistake. They just kept slightly missing the mark on the design.
Ya nissan blew it with that.

I would have this before the new landcruiser for sure. Excellent video! Thanks
How much are dealerships going to upcharge overall I like it
Thanks for the vid. Wish they had some different colors of the pro4x for reviewing; imo, that blue/green doesn’t do the new Patrol justice.

@lamarwilliams185 exactly ...many people actually live offroad
I like it ✅
No Moe V8?
Good looking truck. Would definitely pick one up if it were damn near $90k for one.
90k??? Yeah F*** that! 😂😂😂😂 ain’t no way in hell!
$75k for the Pro 4x
I'd say most major cities in america require an SUav with non- sport rims to handle the terrible roads

That dealership is ripping you off Platinum reserve MSRP is $79,000 my local has them for $88k
You configure now on the website, that dealer is way over priced
Never pay over MSRP
@macofda2026 that's why the brand is failing because no one wants to pay the suggested price lol. You pay msrp on everything else you buy
Paying MSRP and paying above MSRP are two different things, paying over MSRP is foolish with depreciation
Just wait a few months when there's at least dozens of these at every dealership

What are you talking about. The reserve have a big panoramic roof, it have air ride suspension...I think your research failed you

@@bradh7472 reason for the is it's mounted to the frame itself and not the bumper . Does that make sense to you?
If I was in the market for a new Land Cruiser, I’d totally buy this instead. New LC is just the half-sized Prado, not the real deal like this.
Are they built in Japan? or USA?
