I'm 90% sure it's this one because even though it's not pictured, I recall something mentioned about the hose including the tip (it's not sold separately). I would call to confirm though (if the dealer even knows). Sounds like two leaks: failed sunroof seal, which is causing the overhead console leak, and clogged up sunroof drains, which is causing the a pillar leak. I would confirm by watering the cayenne in different spots and seeing where /when the water starts coming in.
