He looks so shy, as if he is trying to hide behind his arms and hands. For someone who wants all eyes in the room on him it seems charmingly quirky. I really like the way he moves though. Very light on his feet. Like a dancer, and very fluid. Also he looks so much bigger posed out than when he is relaxed standing. His transition from relaxed to 'on point' is quite amazing!!! Which is the whole point of posing of coarse! Just that he looks like two different men up there. And he follows the indtruction very nicely. Totally sweet disposition and not some luddite lumbering on through. Great team here! Wonderful video! Kudos to each!!!

In the UK these mandatories are used for the majority of our federations . IFBB PRO (2Brospro in the UK) is the only federation that requires half turns
Dang! Too much! Now I have to get surgery in order to compete! My legs are too big for the judges! Can I get surgery to take muscle off my legs so they become tiny worthless pencils? I also need to be cut off at the knees so I can be as tall as this guy! Dang! the competition is just too much!
