I heard many stories too, that God changed many human lifes, by miracles and signs that they didn't ask for. God has a plan for all of us, I think that sometimes he is showing himself to us, because he knows our purpose, and he want our souls to find him. He is sending us signs and showes way to find him, to find love, peace and purpose that he prepared for us. Sometimes when we don't even expect him, to do that.

To me, faith felt like forgetting my doubts even though the there are millions of things that could go wrong. All my experiences with faith was literally me just forgetting my doubts and fully trusting in God.
That’s exactly what faith is and that’s a great way to put it. Letting go of logic and what we believe to just fully immerse ourselves in God. Trusting that God will make a way. That’s a great way of putting it and thank you for the insight!🙏🏿

I have no idea who you are, I've never seen your videos before, but after confessing sin this morning I prayed about wanting to better understand faith... I spent the day distracted and distant from God, and I've been struggling with drawing near to God for a while lately... I forgot I even prayed that this morning until I saw this video pop up in my recommendations. So when I'm distant and weak and can barely bring myself to God, when I can only let out a weak prayer and then forget about it, God doesn't forget and God draws near to me. He's the one that brings me back. His grace is sufficient for me, for His power is made perfect in weakness. So while I completely agree with you that faith isn't about feelings, one thing to think about when you said we should ask God, "What do you need from me? What do you need me to do?" -- I don't know, but I don't think He needs anything from us, in a sense. He did the entire work of salvation, and He does everything in sanctification too. He who began a good work in you will complete it. We don't complete the work. Without Him, we can do nothing. He will uphold us with His righteous right hand.
I have been advancing with my walk with God, but then i messed up and felt bad and repented. However that guilt was coming in strong, and God led me right into this video! Imma continue to be a menace to the kingdom of darkness!! In Jesus Name! God is using you brother, don't stop. This has genuinely helped my walk with God.

3:17 I can relate so much on this. I began to think that maybe God is not listening to my prayers because I don't "feel" Him. There are times when I think that I displeases God so much to the point that He no longer listens to me.

I feel like giving up right now. I am always having doubts about my belief, one day I believe He exists the other I don’t. At home reading the bible I feel like a great christian, the moment I step out of my house I seem to forget He exists. My actions never correlate to what I am supposed to be doing even if I try my hardest I can’t. My pride is always getting over my faith. I don’t know how to love others, I don’t even love myself. Can’t find a good church either, they always care more about money than sin and people’s hearts. The thing that always keeps me going is the thought of how empty life would be without God. My mind keeps racing with thoughts about hell. My prayers always sound the same, I don’t even know what to say most of the time, feels like empty words just to impress but I know I ain’t fooling God. My heart is full of the things of this world and I can’t seem to change. I am helpless.

As long as you feel that desire to be forgiven and continue to struggle according to your own strength, your heart is not hardened and the Lord will not leave you.
Be honest with God, just let it out, talk to God be real with Him. He will listen. If you find you find out you sinned repent and He will forgive you. 1 Peter 5:7 Cast your cares on the Lord for He cares for you
There are a lot of comments here already but if this helps.... you need to start from where Jesus finished. If you have truly professed faith in Him from the heart and received Him, then His Spirt is already yours. He has already poured His love into your heart as it says in Romans 5:5. . Believe that He loves you unconditionally, believe that He has already set you free from sin and your doubts. Your sin and your doubts come from your flesh, they are not you. You are in the Spirit, that is how Jesus and the Father sees you. You are not helpless, He is waiting for you to come to Him with what ever burdens or mental struggles you have. Ignore whatever negative feelings you have and just run to Him, He has already forgiven you.
I used to be in the same situation probably still am in terms of prayer and reading bible. But,

Yourself knows that there someone greater than anything, a merciful and kind greater being.
You don’t have to know how he came about or how he thinks or if he’s a “HE/SHE”
All u know deep down within yourself is that there’s a greater being that chose U and loves U.
And he shall lead u just surrender it all to him.

Id let my emotions dictate my walk with God and all it did was lead me further away. It’s hard to pray when you don’t feel Gods presence but to continue praying even when you don’t feel it is faith. This is exactly what I have been dealing with.
What always brings me back is when I am reminded that Christianity is never about making myself better or working to be better. It really is about surrendering ourselves. Surrendering our anxieties, wants, fears, and even what we love to God and yet somehow, we end up receiving much more after we surrender. The more we focus on God, the less we become focused on ourselves. Because there are things I want to happen that I know I do not have the power to do. Yet, God can still work through us to make radical change happen. There is an atheist that was once a pastor circling on UA-cam that is calling Christians delusional and sick. Yet, I saw videos of him when he was a pastor and I know just by the way he spoke that he didn’t actually understand the gospel and how it really transforms us.
Likewise there's people who were complete psychopaths but became the most devout Christian. Shout out to Apologetics Roadshow.

Hey everyone i recently seen the lion of judah through sunlight a week before my bday. So you know how the sunlight comes through your window.. so that happened an I was able to look through the sunlight and seen a lions fur moving through the shape of the sun. But less than a second later the lion of Judah was in front of me, I was able to feel his presence it was so peaceful.. no words can explain the feeling. But the lions fur was like a golden sunlight color.. but Jesus was speaking to my mind and he was telling me to spread the message of what I experienced.. i also think he want all of us to repent to him and have a connection with him and a relationship.. but to also pray to him.. i have 7 testimonies... i think i have a calling on my life.. i'll make a video on it
After going about a year and half keeping from watching things I shouldn't be looking at I found myself falling into the same sin. After that I went months again staying away. in those times I stayed away I was seeking God in the process and that is what helped to stay away from lust. but I slowly began missing Church, and not seeking as much and I went down the wrong direction. not to long ago I fell. A wrong click, a wrong tap on social media or internet and you can easily be triggered. I had those same feelings you described, lost my confidence in God because of my sin. but giving up would be much worse. Keep going, keep seeking, allowing God to grow you and mature you in faith. To be honest, I needed to hear this so much. I've just been in my head so much to the point that I was hesitating in what i want to do. Like on the inside I want to do all these great things to glorify God and on the outside my body just doesnt let me do those things. I'm tired of this struggle so much, im going to just stop thinking so much and do everything i can.

I was lost, i thought faith is completely on what i feel not what i do.
I was actually so inactive with Christ just because i didn't *feel* like doing anything like reading the bible or praying consistently i didn't *feel* like having an relationship with Christ and actually doing anything for him. I've only done works when i simply feel "good" when i only felt like sharing good today and not the any other day when i just felt like scrolling on yt shorts the entire day. So yet again thank you again.
I am so blessed by this. You have an incredible gift to relay messages that people can understand and relate to. I have always ran away, and made up in my mind that God needs a couple days to cool off before I go back to Him. But during that time of running the enemy had an opening. I'm so disappointed I ran from God. And now I feel stuck. I've always believed that feeling God meant His presence is with me. But I honestly don't know how to believe He is here without something tangible. I'm trying to be hopeful that God will save me from myself.

i was having a conversation with my parents. and my mom said something pertaining to a thing getting delayed in my life. she said "receive it (a gift that would be useful when that dream came to pass) in faith". my mind immediately said "but i don't know if i have faith. its hard after years with no tangible result". nevertheless i said amen and came my room. This video has really got me thinking because my whole life I always thought faith was a feeling, but I now know it’s not a feeling and that it is an action. Because I pray every night, every time I eat dinner, lunch, and sometimes breakfast before going to school. I can’t really see the bigger picture that God has for everyone.
