Do you sell the rattles, in a way of helping your community or schools. This video has really touched my heart and soul. I would love to retail the rattles with your teaching of these in a booklet to pass the knowledge on to whom purchases a rattle. Thank you.
That's beautiful that the young ones are interested in carrying on the art, songs, and culture of their own tribe. Keep moving forward with this teachings. I'm watching from the Navajo (Diné) Nation.
Had a good cry tears where running down my face as the teacher sang the song. Because its more than a leather filled homemade stick its a tradition carried on with spirit, life and peace. Couldn't ask for much more in these time, Cheers from the Irishman.
Hi Kihew, nice work, thanks :-) The smooth side - inner side of the rattle, that is the flesh or hair side of the hide? This rattles were also used by the Iroquois, Huron and Abenaki tribes? Regards, Jan
