001671 - ECM Power Relay Control Circuit
P0687 - 007 - Short to Plus - Intermittent
012372 - Starter Will Not Turn
P3054 - 006 - Jammed or Electrical Malfunction

ishhh sound like you have a problem with the relays or wiring. It basically says ECM power relay control circuit.
