Thank you for giving anyone fortunate enough to find your video, a way to quickly redirect stressful thoughts, situations, & harsh memories. Your compassion in making this video, gives me another moment in time, for which I am deeply grateful.

Unknowingly during my childhood I used to do such kind of meditation which focused on my mind. I used to believe that my mind exists in my heart hence obviously my meditation focused on my heart. I had great academic records and also extra curriculum activities when I was actively doing this meditation. Later on I read one book which made me believe that our mind exists in our brain, I believed it blindly as it had some scientific evidence of neuron and shit like that, and I stopped doing this meditation. This had very negative impact on my studies as well as overall life. Now when I trace back my mistakes, I know now what actually went wrong all these years.
Thanks for this video, I’m restarting this meditation and hopefully I get my productive state back 😊 God bless you guys.

Could you perhaps elaborate on how it exactly made such a big difference for me? :) I'm looking for a simple healing mediation I can practice daily and I'm wondering if this one can be used as such.

This has never happened to me before, but I started crying uncontrollably when bringing the happy memory, because it's related to a sad thing going on in my life, I feel worse now ):

Sometimes it's a good release. That was pent up in your heart and needed releasing. X
