I've seen this house featured before hindi talaga sya brand new house renovated sya, at sincie nirenovate dapat nilaparan narin nila ung hall way ng mga rooms hindi siya ok kung naka wheel chair ang naka tira, just saying.
It’s modern and nice. If I may say , I hope they have pocket doors or sliding doors sa mga bathroom doors so at least they can open the drawers freely. And do they have exhaust fans inside each bathrooms?

Bagay sa iyo bahay na yan Eva. Simple at maganda but I never liked that big a house. Too much to maintain. Here in Florida, I am retired and sooooo blessed to have 7 figures net worth as an accountant/stock investor. Guess what, our home is only 1500 sq ft ground floor with 2 car garage, storage, and the swimming pool toilet and shower. second floor is 1500 sq ft 2bath, 2bedroom, 1 prayer room, formal dining and big kitchen as I love to cook. I rather spend our 7 figures funds on luxury vacations. To each his own eka nga diba! I love watching this kind of show on YT. Take care and God Bless Eva.

Nice house. The only thing I noticed that is missing is a provision for any type of air conditioner. That is much needed in any homes in the Philippines. Other than that, I am very interested in this house.

Another thing missing is a kitchen island. It would have made the kitchen look better. Also, because of wooden beams, I would choose country design for the kitchen just to match the rest of the house.

I love this house, bungalow pero mas sosyal pa at classy tignan kaysa sa mga 3flr houses ngayon sa market na masabi lng na mataas at may floors. My only suggestion sana instead of an 8 car garage kahit 3-4 car nalang then may small pool, sayang ang space for 8 cars? Eh ang bibili nyan siguro would own 4-5cars lang naman and if may visitors ang haba ng front space 40meters pwede naman dun cause I noticed dead end ang street visitors can just park outside. Or even that family area...it is so big sana pool nalang yun or isa pang bedroom. Very nice, 1. Big front space 2. Dead end road not noisy hindi daanan ng tao 3. The number 234

With the size of the bedroom, they should have made the walk in closet not only separate but also good size instead of being part of the bathroom. And also used country design for the kitchen to match the wooden beams sa house. Overall, it's a great house.

This bungalow is considered to be modern, The host did a good job, I like the design , the garden, and the huge space, except for the following : the bathrooms do not have floor to ceiling tiles, the kitchen do not have back splash tiles for practical reasons these are the areas that every household use everyday and by installing these features it saves money for cleaning maintenace and the house will still look new even after many years.

Good host for the channel. The house is huge but too many wasted space. The architectural outdoor design is nice but the indoor looks very industrial. All bathrooms are poorly designed and some drawers are even conflicting with door swing. The kitchen design is also poor and too many glass sliding doors separating the living room, kitchen and TV room. It should had been an open floor plan to make a free flow and making each area less restrictive and fully functional. The are many designs that are inexpensive and gain more rooms to add value to the property. The designers should do more research to improve future design projects. Good luck.

Florida, I am retired and sooooo blessed to have 7 figures net worth as an accountant/stock investor. Guess what, our home is only 1500 sq ft ground floor with 2 car garage, storage, and the swimming pool toilet and shower. second floor is 1500 sq ft 2bath, 2bedroom, 1 prayer room, formal dining and big kitchen as I love to cook. I rather spend our 7 figures funds on luxury vacations. To each his own eka nga diba! I love watching this kind of show on YT. Take care and God Bless Eva.

Nice house. The only thing I noticed that is missing is a provision for any type of air conditioner. That is much needed in any homes in the Philippines. Other than that, I am very interested in this house.

Another thing missing is a kitchen island. It would have made the kitchen look better. Also, because of wooden beams, I would choose country design for the kitchen just to match the rest of the house.

I love this house, bungalow pero mas sosyal pa at classy tignan kaysa sa mga 3flr houses ngayon sa market na masabi lng na mataas at may floors. My only suggestion sana instead of an 8 car garage kahit 3-4 car nalang then may small pool, sayang ang space for 8 cars? Eh ang bibili nyan siguro would own 4-5cars lang naman and if may visitors ang haba ng front space 40meters pwede naman dun cause I noticed dead end ang street visitors can just park outside. Or even that family area...it is so big sana pool nalang yun or isa pang bedroom. Very nice, 1. Big front space 2. Dead end road not noisy hindi daanan ng tao 3. The number 234

With the size of the bedroom, they should have made the walk in closet not only separate but also good size instead of being part of the bathroom. And also used country design for the kitchen to match the wooden beams sa house. Overall, it's a great house.

This bungalow is considered to be modern, The host did a good job, I like the design , the garden, and the huge space, except for the following : the bathrooms do not have floor to ceiling tiles, the kitchen do not have back splash tiles for practical reasons these are the areas that every household use everyday and by installing these features it saves money for cleaning maintenace and the house will still look new even after many years.

Good host for the channel. The house is huge but too many wasted space. The architectural outdoor design is nice but the indoor looks very industrial. All bathrooms are poorly designed and some drawers are even conflicting with door swing. The kitchen design is also poor and too many glass sliding doors separating the living room, kitchen and TV room. It should had been an open floor plan to make a free flow and making each area less restrictive and fully functional. The are many designs that are inexpensive and gain more rooms to add value to the property. The designers should do more research to improve future design projects. Good luck.
