Houston Is My City - I wouldn't say he's underrated, I know a lot of people in the south that fuck with his music and respect his work; its just a different type of sound/style of music then what people want to ride too and or hear in rotation at clubs. All those artists you named are from Atlanta and you can tell from the style of music they make, and that Atlanta sound (Club/Trap) is the only thing that gets plays down here really; and Atlanta is basically controlling the rap industry as of right now.
