Thanks for letting me know. I used a one a day cover in 2023 for my full year and had heard the regular Midori covers won’t work. Glad to know that isn’t the case!
@@heidisplanningYes, I had also heard that only the codex would fit. But since I had already bought the regular cover I tried it and it fit perfectly. I didn’t even need to use any heat.
I actually use the notebook cover for my Hobonichi cousin & it works just fine. 🙂 I get my tabs from My dandelion diaries, they are cute. I'm getting an A5 common planner vertical. I was torn between it or a Hon. I like the blank pages of the CP but the weeks of the cousin.
I had always been told the notebook cover won’t work for the full year cousin and the one a day cover is needed. Interesting…thanks for letting me know! I’ll have to check out My dandelion diaries. I have never heard about them. Thanks for watching! ❤️
The Midori A5 cover works like a charm with the cousin I’ve used… it’s pretty rigid when you slide the full year cousin at first, but nothing that a 5 min blow dry wouldn’t fix, and it’s a pretty good fit.
You can get the Codex cover and it fits without a blow dryer as it’s made for a thicker book since the standard midori notebook is a lot thinner and their codex is thicker.
Your habit tracking stickers aren't meant to resemble a calendar, it just accounts for every day in a month. As you'll see, the number 1 starts on the left on all of them but every month doesn't start on a Sunday. You may not hate the 8 days on one line as much if you don't think of it as a calendar 🙂
I’ve often got envelopes from JetPens especially with their free shipping option. And never had damage because they wrap something so well. The cost of shipping in a box is a lot more so for businesses it makes a big cost difference especially when they are eating the cost of shipping.
I can’t remember the last order I got from them but I could have sworn it was in a box. Luckily nothing was damaged but I was very nervous when I saw the package jammed in my mailbox!
No SterlingInk planners for me, used them in the past and have found much better options for me. Her quality is good just like mine and others are but the layout and setup aren’t as good of a fit for me. But I’m excited for the Papertess B5 planner. I love B5 size (which is close to composition size). The Codex cover from Midori is a better fit for the full year but the normal one will work with some adjusting. But it’s better to get the Codex. But there’s also a lot of companies that make a sell clear covers for the Hobonichi that are wonderful.
I always get this same Midori clear cover and it fits my full year Cousin no problem. Of course, my Cousin is a pen only situation. I imagine there would be issues if you wanted to chunk it up.
I agree with you about shipping planners in a box, but let me tell you sth funny happened to me last week, I preordered a JibunTecho for the first time and I was excited to get the DHL notification to find out that they mistakingly DIDN'T add the planner to the shipment and only shipped the index tabs, it's not coming on a separate shipment, it was supposed to be in that shipment with the index tabs, I wish it was the other way around, but which planner company forgets to add their planners to their shipments?? I hope they send me my planner that I was excited about :(
OMG….I would be so mad! Hopefully they can get one to you soon because I know I was anxiously awaiting seeing my planner and stalking USPS tracking as soon as I got the shipment confirmation. Crossing fingers you get it soon! 🤞
That Midori cover does fit the Cousin just fine.

That pretty printed card you got with your B5 SI is your pencil board. Free with all orders/sizes.
Nice…I had no idea! Thanks for letting me know! 😉

@@JustScribble thank you for the recommendation. I may just have to give that a try.

I think I’ll get over having 8 days on a row but we will see. Can’t wait to use them though. Thanks for watching and commenting!
17:00 I have a pinkish neutral set as well. It’s really pretty too.
Nice. Where did you get it?
@@heidisplanning honestly I don’t remember! It’s been a bit.

The yearly tracker in the Common Planner may be good to keep track of your own pto and sick days
That might work! I have a spreadsheet that does that but might be nice to have it in my planner. Thanks for the suggestion!!!
I also hate the yellow on the avec so im looking forward to seeing how you cover yours
Thanks for watching…I’m trying to think of what I want to do to try and decorate it. Still unsure right now. 🤔

12:40 you can cover it with vinyl or peel and stick wallpaper. Works amazingly. I’ve got a video coming this week sharing.
I’ll check it out! Thanks for the suggestion!

Hobonichi landscape tabs I love those

I can’t wait to get my N1 compact from Sterling ink!!!!
I am really excited to use the B5 and I think it will be perfect for work. Thanks for watching! ❤️
@@heidisplanning I’m excited for you!! I got the N1 to keep in my purse and I’ll order the A5 this weekend!
